    Wonderful !. You helped me reset my Sonos speakers after they spent 5+ years in closet. The nearest dealer terminated his Sonos products years ago after realizing that Sonos management wasn't worth the hassle. Consequently, he has little interest in solving Sonos issues when he can focus on selling seriously high-end audio equipment.

      Sold all mine and switched to HomePods. Sonos never worked correctly for me

      @@CoolDude-xc4hnI change routers, have spent many hours the last year, tried everything but Sonos speakers won’t connect!!! Pure madness! I won’t spend 1cent on another Sonos product.

    like the features, setup was difficult for some of my devices (August Door lock, th-cam.com/users/postUgkxhB5YOMNj04GuoAosExygP4cH-dKeb4aB Bose speaker)... but all switches and outlets (5), thermostat, tankless water heater. Unfortunately all I can do is turn on/off Bose. It doesn't support volume or changing channels, but I believe that is due to the particular speaker I have.... Worth getting if you already have other devices to use it with... I don't sit around and ask Alexa questions much so that doesn't really matter to me....

    I have over $2,000 (US dollars) worth of Sonos speakers. Two 5’s, 4 SL Ones and a Sub. Sonos wifi system is pathetic at best. I’m here watching youtube videos trying to get my entire system back up. Here in the US Sonos customer service is closed on weekends. So much for relaxing by listening to music on your days off.

    Having problems connecting my Play5 gen2 to my new router - I've reset my other Sonos speakers but the 5 wont play ball I first tried holding the top button and powering on which worked for all the others and then tried holding the infinity button but it just flashes white then goes off - help !!

    My Sonos Roam has a Bluetooth streaming issue, the music pauses randomly using Apple Music or TH-cam, I don’t have any issues playing Spotify through Wifi, using the Sonos app or even Spotify Connect, Alexa works fine too and the speaker connects and plays music through the Sonos app or using Alexa without issue, but playing audio from Bluetooth now is unstable, the music pauses for a second and then plays again. My iPhone receives a good Wifi signal, the speaker is close to my phone, I don’t get it. What could be wrong with my Sonos Roam device? As I said before, It works fine with the Sonos app, using Spotify Connect and Alexa answers pretty fine. Some help please

    I have Sonos 5 and I am unable to reset Sonos. I have changed my network and I don't even remember my user id and password for Sonos App. Still you would be able to help me?

    Read the reviews in the app. Since about 6 weeks ago the app has become sketchy as hell. Constantly loosing the connection, unable to finish the setup when you are forced to attempt a system repair.

    Do not buy the Sonos Move paid $400 and it stopped working just around one month after the warranty. I purchased a new battery and still NOTHING. Biggest waist of money.

    Sonos is awful when the went from sonos1 to 2. Custom service even get frustrated. I was hung up on. Awful.
