Wet Glass and Moisture Effect in Photoshop 2020

In this tutorial we will learn the basic concept of how to create water drops or tear drops or water on glass. There are many bunch of methods that can be used to create water or rain drops in photoshop and we are showing a simple mostly used method to create water drops.
The methods in this tool can applied in creating any liquid things like, water, tears, jelly etc...
