    This was a good one. I'm so glad you showed how to do this if you don't want to send a freebie.

    Love love! Thankyou for this because I wasn't familiar with Flodesk! One question how do I change the guide that they are being emailed?

    @Atelier Latesha thank you for your tutorial. I actually have been trying to follow the steps from the video and I have created segments , for example, A, B and C to test it out. Then I created a full page form for segment A. When someone tried to sign up, that email address got populated to segment B or C, and not segment A. I have checked my settings and it was pointing at segment A. Have you ever experienced this before or do you know why it is doing that? Thank you. - Jeff

    Latesha, you're very good at explaining, great job on the tutorials. I'm just beginning using Flodesk and want to use the opt-in form as a Facebook post...then turn into a paid ad. I tried posting the link from a published opt-in and tested it and it just took me to the flodesk website. What am I doing wrong?

    • @hermarketingcoach
      @hermarketingcoach  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You’re not doing anything wrong. That’s a setting Flodesk has where the preview image is theirs. Usually, you can change the preview image through Facebook and tell it what you want them to show.

    Hi Latesha, thank you for this tutorial! It is possible to delete the "First Name" part, so that people don't have to put their name in to subscribe?

    Thank you for the tutorial? So I am transferring from constant contact and they are able to allow a PDF to be downloaded once subscribed. How do I do it here once they subscribe so that they get their guide?

    Thanks, Latesha for the tutorial. Question: What are the best dimensions for the image for this landing page?

    • @hermarketingcoach
      @hermarketingcoach  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I don't know how I missed this! I hope you figured it out! But if not, I usually use something in Canva like "Email Header" as a template.

    The issue I have with Flodesk is that no one ever mentions the exact image size needed to upload a custom graphic design. The help page has little information about it as well.

    Is there a way to duplicate a button on a landing page so I could have more than one button option?

    Thanks for a great tutorial Latesha - really helped! Quick question - you have said below that you created your thank you page on your site - can I ask how you did this?? It is such a great idea & I'd love to do the same, but I'm a bit of a tech beginner! Thanks

    • @hermarketingcoach
      @hermarketingcoach  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey! I made a new page on my site that had the same name as the freebie page and added thank you at the end (i.e. my-cool-freebie-thank-you). On that page I had a thank you message, the PDF to download whatever I promised (or directions on how to get access to what you promised), and next steps.

    Where did you create your Thank You page?

  • @mrsblastfmr
    @mrsblastfmr 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Thank you for all of these tutorials! How do you decide which is best for your website - popup or inline form for email subscribes? I'm having a hard time deciding. Thanks!

    • @hermarketingcoach
      @hermarketingcoach  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I typically choose a popup for like the home page or main pages of my site, like my about page and services page. Then on the secondary pages like specific services I'll do a pop up to grab people's attention before they leave in case they don't purchase from me. Lastly, I always embed a form on my freebie pages and blog posts.

      Latesha Lynch Designs So a pop up for all, or did you mean inline for the main pages of site?

    • @hermarketingcoach
      @hermarketingcoach  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      mrsblastfmr I do a pop up for the main pages in case a new visitor doesn’t scroll down far enough to read more, I want to lock them in somehow, so I do the pop up.
