For me consistency depends on the platform. Email would be bimonthly but SM at least three times a week.

can you not embed a form? I am a wedding photographer & customized a form to be a contact form & I don't see the option to embed the code to add this form to my website. Could this be that i'm using the free trial?
Can you do this with Klaviyo and flo desk as well?
Klaviyo has a native integration with Shopify so it's so much easier and it sends them to the exact items they had in their cart. You can even give them a discount code!

Can one create a single reel that achieves like 3-4 of the ecosystem at a time or that you should make one reels per level of the ecosystem? I need clarification.
Yes, I think 1 reel could naturally build connection and trust while also simultaneously boosting visibility. But reels are short so be intentional when creating them and don't try to make one be everything.
