This is how you make an instructional video. Starts out showing the move in its entirety so you go in with some semblance of understanding of the technique. Then it keeps the rest relatively short. Not too much sitting and talking and tangents. Nice work.

. Yes, they are the same guard. I learned the sweep and positional mechanics seperately though so I occasionally refer to them independently.
