I love this reoccurring theme in whirr songs. Theme of change, and not being afraid of it. Song "child" would be a great example. You do know that you will never ever be the same again. Someone took your soul, your mind. But don't be sad about, more paths, more ways opens to you. More beauty, more feelings and experiences that are now available to you. Keep on changing, keep on adapting, like a river that always finds its way. Its own way This song of course, song "flashback" that tells you that something should and shall fade away in your memory, but just let it die. Grow and change, maybe you will lose something truly special in middle of the process, but you will also receive something back. And of course that someone always will be on your side. Someone who will be so different to you, but you still will be together. I personally think this endless adaptation and metamorphosis is depicted in Whirr Logo. 🌀 Spiral of constant movement
I'm 20 in a few days. I still have yet to experience love, and so i sit here listening to this. I am hopeful for the future, though. I will dedicate this decade of my life to self love and improvement above all else, and promise not to waste it like i did with my teenage years. To whoever took their time to read this, I love you. I turned 20 last month too, no one tells you the new emotions and outlooks you’ll have on life when you hit this “magical number”. No longer kids, but we’ll still seek the nostalgic feelings and older, simpler perspectives of what we thought love was. Truly a time for beautiful change, love you stranger.
