I was looking for the parts at the outlet .. the aluminum fitting has two sliding valve pieces that flopped out when i wasn't expecting and now need a parts diagram ... everything BUT
Excellent video. Disassembled my pump andbfound no issues but water doesn't seem to be getting to the pump. Possible this is unloader?

Any benefit to removing the pump head, all the pieces (unloader, seat, water seals, check valves, and EZ start) in the head, and flushing all channels with water or compressed air? Is it possible that something could come off an o-ring or seal and restrict or clog up one of the water channels, causing the pump to not work? Thanks!
What about the tightness of the end of the unloader?
If it is that bad get a replacement. But try pumping WD40 into the pump

how does one tell if the unloader is defective/bad? when I remove the unloader and then tighten the nuts back on the unloader the shaft does not move if I press down on it. If the nut is not tighten the shaft does move. This unloader is not like the other type of unloader on TH-cam. Any help/advise is appreciated
kc I took the entire unloader apart. Uncrew the top part off, there is a thicker spring with 2 separate circular brass pieces on both ends of the spring. Remove them and lube them with a thin layer of silicon grease. Once the removed it's a good idea to inspect the o-rings on the bottom part of the unloader (by bottom part I mean the end that's bolted into the pump). With no tension coming from the spring, you should be able to freely push and pull the bottom tip easily. If not, the tip is stuck. Get it unstuck by again lubing the neck of the tip and the top of the piston. Once you lube everything you should be able to push and pull the brass rod/piston easily. Put everything back together and I hope I was of any help to you.
Cool video , can anyone tell me how to fix one A.R. that seems to be locked up under pressure and stalls the engine .... won't pull start again unless water is turned off and pressure relieved !! ?? Thanks - MW

Yes , it seems someone had not flushed it completely after using a harsh detergent compound , bought a new kit & tried to rebuild it , but it was too galled and scored up inside . The valves never would seat and seal correctly , so had to buy a new pump !!

WD40 my help or get a replacement $60 to $150 depending on brand. You do get what you pay for! Cheap is cheap!!!
That bolt used to pull out the unloader seat looks bigger than 5mm. What is the actual thread size for that bolt?

i guess petroleum products like oils and grease could damage the seals and orings eventually ! . when repairing faucets indoors ,i use 100% pure silicone grease . it keeps the seals and orings nice and functional . MY QUESTION IS , COULDNT WE USE THIS 100# PLUMBERS SILICONE GREASE TO INSTALL ON THESE PUMP ORING AND SEALS ? I KNOW IT MAKES A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE WORKING ON BB AND PELLET GUNS ALSO !
My annovi pump will build pressure to the rated pressure maximum (about 2400 psi), but when I activate the wand trigger the pressure drops to 600-800 psi. The inlet hose is good, the water supply is good, the hose, gun and nozzles are all new. What's going on?
My guess is thw UNLOADER remove as in video and oil clean it with WD40 and reinstall. Worked for me,
You did every thing except the thermal relief valve (the one thing I was looking for).
how to change the oil?
If you undo the 4 mounting bolts from the engine, you can just spin the pump 180* and gravity will remove the old oil. Spin it back up, install bolts and don't forget to refill with fresh oil. This was the easiest way I found.
So it does not need to fill oil or replace, it’s use the same oil of the engine?
What the purpose of the easy start
For it to fail, hence a service call. These Pumps are Garbage!
Now I have to repurpose The Honda 160cc motor that works great. Live and learn.
HOW About the OIL for the Woble PLAte ???
Yep im looking for this info aswell. As mine runs well but the housing gets super super hot after a few minutes running, would not be surprised if there is no oil in it.
No idea how or what to use as the version i have has no drain or fill for the oil.
Would be possible to know where to buy this maintenance Kit? Thanks
ETS is one of the biggest. They can get all parts for AR.
