I recently left TCS after 5.9 years and leaving TCS means you just come out from your comfort zone. Overall nice company I left only for financial growth else I never want to left TCS.

Bro,work pressure is very high at TCS in our first year with unrealistic expectations.I am currently working in a TCS project and telling you from my experience. Currently,I am in my bond year!!

Can you suggest some way to leave the project without a negative feedback of my manager.
People who are near to managerial level in my team are very inefficient and all do their work differently while my manager taught me to do the work differently.

Actually, I got an offer from TCS last September. At that time I had a plan for higher studies. That's the reason I'm not accepting an offer but now because of my family situation, I can't go for further higher studies. so, now I wanna be interested in attending TCS digital so, in my portal, I can't see any option for applying for a drive. Please give some suggestions to register for a TCS digital drive 2022.

I have got 4 months more to end bond period , I'm really fed up with this IT work, i tried for admission for higher studies in meantime but I couldn't since I can't pay 50K to break the bond, I'm planning to join the next batch after 4 months , but still notice perod is their ☹️

Bond period is for freshers and is in the range 1-2 years
I left after working 10 years in tcs. Amazing work life balance and great people in tcs . Only issue is money . I switched with 3x hike.

HI bro, I'm also from ECE branch and joined TCS in Feb. I also got project within 1st week but yha bilkul learning ni ho rhi kisi technology pe. Just company specific softwares pe kaam hota h. To switch krne ke liye konsi technology learn krni chahiye. Currently I am good with Python and know basic C/C++.
Firstly explore new technologies and then decide which one is suitable for u

Actually it totally depends on our RMG, they will assign us the projets, so it's generally luck basis...👍

No .you cannot .notice period is 3 months . U need to pay money only if you break the bond of one year .but notice period is common .

Hi bro i was shortlisted in a project called PSA which is EIS Automotive body engineering which is mechatronics French oem car company bro a mam called and she didn't told me the details clearly about this project she told me to ask the technical lead but he shortlisted me without telling me i don't have any knowledge in mechanical i only know ECE and software program like c, python, java embedded system can i change my project will they allow me bro please tell

It's not necessary to have knowledge about coding knowledge because there are many technologies those don't require coding at all...
But if you will be in a coding project, then you can easily learn that..

Hi brother,I am Om, I am pursuing final year in Computer Engineering(CSE) . Actually i get 2 offers one is from 'Infogain india private limited' as role of software Engineer trainee package is 4 lpa. Second is from 'TCS Ninja' as a role Assistant system engineer trainee package is 3.5 lpa( i dont know actually in offer letter 3.36 given). Bro, My Question is that which company i should choose? In tcs, it totally depends on ur project like which type of work u will get, but hike is not that good but job security is awesome..

Brother one ques - since the notice period in TCS is 3 months, and you told that you resigned TCS after getting offer from your new company. So my ques is - how did you manged with your new company for let them wait for you for 3 more months ? And how did they agreed to wait for you for such a long time gap of 3 months, bcoz in most companies they want instant joining within a month.
Hope you will ans my query.
Bcoz big MNCs allow this 3 months notice period, so firstly crack interview of any big MNC then go for other offers..

Can you please tell me what will be the salary hike in TCS vs the industry (rest of the service based companies) generally?
If you are in the same company then there will not be much growth.. so after 2-3 years try for switch..
It depends on yout rating for which you need to do politics and please your manager. If u get A rating hike is 5 -6%, if u get B rating hike us 3-4% and C hike is 1-2% which is very low you will not even feel there is any increament.

Both options are good, once you get ur job then it's good to go
Go for MCA if you join after bca then u will not get any carrier growth they will provide you some testing or support profile role which is not good

😜 If we applied for leave and it got approved , and if I gave resignation, do they cancel that approved leaves , since I'm in notice period at that time
Then they will extend your notice period..

Hi team for fresher TCS I worst you won't get growth and hikes are very less they give bundle of work load heavy depends on team, I better suggest you if you want job security then join TCS if not you want challenging taks join other company..
Even I left TCS within a year. Joined as experienced candidate. You are paid 1rs and u r expected to work value of 10rs. No support from management on issues. 12-14 hrs daily with weekend working too.
My best decision in life was to leave TCS.
