You should have a tournament where everyone makes their own rackets and competes. You could have a set of standard materials the competitors can use to construct the rackets.
That's literally copypasted MrBeast format though, even editing style is heavily inspired by his videos. Wouldn't call a ripoff creative but hey, it's a good video anyway.
@@Nabuchodonozordmr beast has not done any ping pong videos, and the editing is just average elimination video editing, are all videos that follow a style of eliminating players and last surviving gets money copied off of mr beast now?
I've been wondering what's the WR for this (number of bounces / time), couldn't find it. Several years ago I did 3227 in 23 minutes, then I couldn't move my fingers for the next 24 hours... respect for 1h30.
@@monny1815 It must be a lot harder than I thought then, as I presumed the record would be 12 hours or more. I've heard of people doing keepy-uppies (football juggling) for a whole day, and I would have thought that it would be easier to do a table tennis endurance thing, but apparently it isn't, presumably because you get cramp in your hand. (The guys in the video seemed to be in pain when they stopped after an hour).
@@AutPen38 I know, I would have expected it to be a lot longer too. There could be other reasons like less exposure to the record, so less people wanting to pursue it, but it definitely doesn't seem as easy as it would seem on paper for sure.
@@AutPen38 Must be related to the muscle tension throughout the time, you need your arm always tensioned for this challenge, while doing embaixadinhas you relax for a split second. My uncle can walk around an entire park up to 4 times before dropping the ball !!!
The girl who dropped the ball for 100 is smart. 8 contestants for 1000, considering the risk factor (last 8 must be the best ones) plus the time and effort required to win. 100 was a really good deal.
You ve already done (2 years ago ) a special video where you do backhands trickshots with benedek olah. So you can do the same video with forehand shots with Emmanuel lebesson, a french player who has one the worlds best forehand. I dont Know if its possible but i would really enjoy it 😅
Oh my god, awesome idea. If you guys make a ping pong theme park based on your own creativity (and you guys are smart & hardworking, that's for sure) plus crowdsourced ideas, it's gonna be SO cool.
the girl that took the 100 euros was the smartest... and won the most. Everyone else lost time, got exhausted mentally and physically, and all for nothing. Smart girl!
I think there were 8 players left at that point. If they were all equally skilled and had average luck, they had an expected value of 125 at that point (1000 divided by 8), but if the girl felt like she wasn't going to keep focus for much longer she definitely made a good decision to bank 100 and not have to keep "working" when the higher payout was far from guaranteed. She should have asked to be paid in bananas though.
Like the one guy said, it's the mental challenge. Bouncing the ball is easy if you've got any skills at all, but keeping concentration for 90 minutes is a completely different challenge.
Hi there Pongfinity! You have great ideas and cool videos! Some ideas for challenges for you: - play billiards with table tennis balls - tricks: switch off the light with a table tennis ball hit - play only with the blade of the racket
I'm surprised nobody suggested a racquet edge bounce.. I do them all the time, often on much thinner edges than those Pongfinity ones. O.o actually, that's an interest idea for a similar (but possibly much shorter) challenge: how many edge bounces can you get without dropping the ball..? in all honesty, I think I've only managed around 14 or 15 before. I find a 90 degree twist going between flat-edge-flat-edge actually helps with aiming, keeping it straight on the edge alone gets hard after 6 or 7.
20 years ago I was able to bounce 10k times (not remember how many hours around 2- 3) trick is to practice it alot and not to look directly at ball or racket just have them somewhere in view zone, it was before smart phones so I was using desktop pc to do summing counts and for time measurements
