What's more terrifying is that he for once seems like he's actually enjoying himself being so ferocious You can see him smile with pointy teeth several times and if you pay close attention to his different facial expressions he's intimidating af
It’s funny you talk about dreams, because the visuals of Akuma’s Raging Demon attack is very reminiscent of a nightmare. Surrounded by darkness and shadowy figures and being attacked by a monster. I get sleep paralysis just from watching that clip.
I remember making it to M. Bison in the arcades without losing any round....and this guy comes from the left screen....and obliterated Bison. That was so epic.
EVO Japan weekend was the weekend of revealing comically powerful DLC characters. Guilty Gear Strive also got a DLC character reveal, you guys should totally check it out! I think he might be up both you guys' alleys, or at least definently Ken lol

Week 1: Akuma is the most overpowered character ever. Nerf nerf nerf. Week 2: Actually, he's crap. He doesn't have a functional crouching medium punch.
I’m more for Akuma’s classic look, mostly because this new look makes him look more like a lion, which I get is the point since he is a beast essentially, but it looks more silly to me. But Akuma, no matter what form he takes, always exudes the power he will inflict upon his foes. Weekly Friday suggestion: “The Insane Lore of Street Fighter”
There’s a very simple reason Akuma didn’t take the guy’s head off with that uppercut: that statue was several hundred tons, rooted to the ground and inflexible. The guy was in the 180-220 lbs range making it much easier for physics to just toss him up before his head came off.

Never canonically has died. Although he seeks a warrior's death, which is why he constantly tries pushing ryu towards darkness. He wants to die in combat against someone on his level. Hence his "THIS is the battle I hunger for" line.
The only bad thing about this game that I can say is the cash grab based strategy otherwise great fighting game im putting this game on top of mk1 and tekken 8 as well

They really took him to the next level in this game. Akuma always had the reputation of being like a demon but I think no other SF sold it this well.
