When I first saw this show, I was right beside the Plaza Inn. I looked over and saw Mickey say “some imagination huh?” And then disappear. I’m a 20 year old guy who’s been obsessed with Disney my whole life. This being my first time at Disney, I was amazed. When I heard Mickey say that and disappear, I immediately started tearing up. Thinking about one man. Walt. All he wanted to do was make people happy. He drew a mouse. See how much came from that mouse? Every single detail in every single ride. Every single detail in every single movie. Every cast member, every snack, every song, every ride, everything you see, hear smell, feel, and connect to your whole life. All the magic. All from a guy who wanted to make people happy. All from a mouse. Now that’s some imagination huh?
@@alwaysjordan5337 Well, I be remiss if I did not remind you that Walt was in-fact a known racist antisemitic (FACT). The moment Mickey appears, I’m just a ball of tears all throughout the show. It unlocks a nostalgia that is one of a kind and always filled with happy memories.
I’ve literally been crying like this entire time watching. I love this show it blew my mind when I was younger and it’s something I always make sure I do when I go to Disney. This show is something else, it never fails to get me hype when Mickey does that little stomp-walk to the sword. It makes this absurd ridiculous cartoon mouse actually seem like a badass hero and I love it. The end of this show is basically “Nobody fucks with the Mouse and lives to tell the tale” and I’m here for it.
Mickey’s first appearance and the ones at the end always bring tears to my eyes. The effects, fireworks, costumes and homage to so many animated Disney films are absolutely incredible. Well done to the cast members and imagineers. who bring this magic to life.
As a 5 year old 26:22 to me was the coolest thing on earth. 11 years later I saw this show again, and I burst out crying. Sorcerer Mickey will always be my favorite 💙🌙⭐️💙
This makes me so happy... my grandma worked here until this year. She had to get surgery on both her knees and she decided that after nearly two decades of working at Disney it was time to turn in the uniform. Every year since i was little we would go see this show and sit in VIP seating. This year we just couldn't afford it and I didn't get to see it. We were walking on the boardwalk and i heard the music and i could pin point exactly what was happening. These conditions were perfect, and this was as flawless as it can get. Thank you for recording such a perfect video so i can go back and watch it. I have so many memories at this show
This still gets me everytime. Wow. Best show disney have ever done. Remember seeing it in disneyland the year it debuted. Superb. The ending.. wow..it needs to be talked about more
I was only about 12 when I saw this and was amazed. I took my 8 year old son last year and his expression was the same. A beautiful moment at the end and I will always remember it. Hope it’s around for my grandkids too lol
I did the International College program and worked for Disney for a little more than a year, I would see Fantasmic at least 3 times per week, that's how much I loved it. It's my all-time favorite Disney show!! When Mickey is on top of that mountain and everyone screams their lungs out, it's just truly magical!
We just came back from Disney and this was by far my favorite thing we did! Going to Disney as a 25 year old was absolutely incredible, I haven’t been in 20 years and experiencing the magic as an adult was just as magical! Thank you for posting and letting me relive this amazing show again!
What I would give to share this amazing show with my 6 and 4 year old boys when we go in January 2022!! I was 6 when I got to see this in person and I will never forget how magical it was 30 years ago. Please bring this back in 2022 Disney!!
I don’t know how anyone could ever not enjoy this or absolutely love this!!! Have watched this show at least once every year all my life and it still never fails to bring tears to my eyes and give me goosebumps!! This show will forever be my favorite at Disney and always hold the most special place in my heart 💗 there is just nothing like it
Best show at any Disney theme park period - it’s attention detail and effort like this that keep Disney at the top - I’d like to see universal attempt to pull off something of this scale and succeed
Disney was, is, and always will be the one place where no matter what age you are you will feel the magic. Yes Disney has changed in recent years, but the magic is still very much alive and well. Fantasmic is my ultimate Disney attraction by far! This show encompasses everything Disney is about! Let your imagination run wild, good will always conquer evil, and dream big. 30 years old and still get misty eyed just watching the video, live tears stream freely because i love it that much. Walt is my greatest inspiration now he had one of the greatest imaginations huh?
I have watched this show in person several times and now a few times here. I honestly think I can watch it 1, 000 times and not get bored of it. It is that good.

Still one of our favorite shows at WDW! We saw it again last November after taking about 5 years off from seeing it. It was still just as magical as the first time!
Im probably going to leave Hollywood Studios extremely depressed when I return in a few weeks because this will be the first ( and hopefully the last time) that I'll be leaving the park without seeing Fantasmic. It's definitely the best ( what they call) " Kiss goodnight."
I saw this show back in 2010 and at the time I was in my "I'm too old for Disney" phase, and yet I remember really enjoying this show. Now I wish I could see it again!!!
I’m a late diagnosed autistic and this is the first fireworks show I ever sat through. (At 9yo) My fam had a park hopper pass and had seen it earlier in the week. I sat in the souvenir store with my dad. We went back to see it again. It was partly my guilt of making my dad miss it again, and my mom telling me it was such a good show, and that I’d see so many Disney characters I loved. I stayed and watched the whole thing. And was enthralled The triumph I feel, that I felt then...in seeing this show together with my family....idk if it can be replicated. Now I can’t watch this without crying. Disney is truly magical!
Let me just add: this post is not supporting the idea that autistics should fall to the peer pressure to be “neurotypical” or that we should sacrifice our well being for others. I just wanted to point out that it was a moment in my life where I realized that (for me!) the beautiful artistry was worth my discomfort AND I could endure it, and be with my family. Furthermore, my family didn’t pressure me at all. My mom knew I loved Disney characters, told me there weren’t many loud noises as in a typical fireworks show. She honestly knew I’d love it and wanted me to see it.
Here I am commenting on my own post again, but I wanted to add: The Disney staff/cast members were AMAZING. I don’t remember, exactly, but either myself or my dad explained why I was “hiding” in the gift shops during this amazing show and they were so NICE. They interacted with me, I got to sample some things, and got a few (cheap) freebies.DISNEY really is (again) magical!
I have never seen fantastic live and this is the first time I’ve watched it but just through a screen It made me tear up. As a major Disney fan who lives in the uk, I don’t get much opportunities to go to the Disney parks so thank you for giving me something to fuel my Disney addiction!
This will always be my favorite show of all time. I'm going to be so excited when j take my husband (who's never been to Disney) and experience this (again) with him!
I've seen that show 2 times in my life in person, one in Orlando and one in California, I went with my parents and siblings. It's been many years since we went together and every time I see this I just crack thinking about how I'll never experience the same show with my parents again as I'm now married and with a 2 y/o. I'm happy and sad at the same time thinking of it
no one talks about the musicians involved in this score. it’s where most of if not all of our emotions come from. i’ve been a musician most of my life and i get goosebumps and sob every single time i hear those horns absolutely play their hearts out throughout the show. this track is the greatest to ever exist, and this is the best show disney has ever had, hands down. i’m 25 and i’ve seen this show every year (minus covid years of course) since i was born.
How many watching this seen it in person.Disney World.to me it was spectacular.one of the best show at Disney world.show of hands.who seen fantastic in person. See this in person the good feeling come all over you at the end when Mickey appear at the top in his wizard suit.the krowd cheers
Good news Nathan, I'm from 6 months ahead into the future. It's likely we could have a 90% effective vaccine by February-March :D. Hopefully things go well so you and your bud could go to Disney!

You know when I went to Disney for the first time back in early 2020, I honestly didn’t even want to go to Fantasmic at first. But I can honestly say that it’s one of my favorite shows. I cannot wait to go back in October!
The only time I saw this in person was in 1999. It was amazing to see in person. Obviously some things have changed in the show since then (Lilo and Stitch, Frozen) but this is still the best version I've seen since seeing it in person. Thank you for posting this!
This was the greatest show I saw in Disney world I hope I get to see it again I didn’t see it for the first time when I was younger but when I got older in middle school I got a chance to see it for the first time in my life and when I came back to see it again oh the old memories came back once again I went to Disney world for Christmas it was the best year of my life I hope I get a chance to go there again to see Fantasmic once again
Thanks for the upload! This was one of the highlights of my visit to the many Disney parks, and it was the only time I ever saw anything at all from the Pocahontas movie, which was for me amazing and emotional, considering it is my ultimate favorite childhood Disney movie. Me and my friends were surprised that there were no to little Pocahontas merch, music, themes or rides at all in any of the Disney parks except from this one evening show in the Disney's Hollywood Studios. I know she can appear at the Animal Kingdom, but we missed it unfortunately. I still think they should have more from that movie, the soundtrack and animation is just so beautiful. It's a favorite amongst many.
I cannot wait for this show to return. Disney World is not the same without it. It’s my favorite way to start a vacation is to see Fantasmic on the first night and it gets me jacked for the entire trip.
I ❤️ Disney! This is one of the best Disney live shows! I cried when I saw it live and also watching this video. Memories... I miss the happiest place on earth! I wish I could have invited Walt to dinner to thank him. Such a sweet man who dreamt of making people happy and made it a reality! Respect. I would have loved to have a magical chat with him also! Thank you for sharing a great video.😀
When I go to Disney I feel like no one judges you and they could care less how ur dressed or what you look like or who u are who agrees with me I also feel free and safe when I'm there
I've watched the Disneyland version on here (not live so I could be mistaken), and I think the introduction of the dragon in the Florida version is so much better. In the California one, the dragon just gradually shows itself, but in this one... I don't know, I think seeing the eyes and then the whole dragon emerging with the change in music is much more creepy and terrifying, and I love that.
Gina Marinelli i prefer the more puppet like dragon in florida than the revamped one in California. its too cheap to me and i feel like the entire point of the show is “imagination” so youre imagining the dragon as its full self-not just some plastic robot in cali. but that is probably the theatrical nerd inside me speaking.
your right i been to both parks disney world fantastic lot better you set stadium like sit up to sit down . disney land you got sit on the ground view not to good what a show its the best i ever seen
This is so amazing. Also I love how they included Steamboat Willie, just seeing that really brings so much memory. As I remember seeing that appear before movies began
I went to this park 3 years ago and the tour bus that took us made us leave at around 7pm so i missed this show, i just watched it and im sobbing.. both cause of how beautiful it is and cause i missed seeing it in real life 💔 i wont be back in a long time probably, but when i do, its gonna be the first thing i will wanna see 😭❤️
i feel like every park has their own night show. Epcot with their own fireworks, Hollywood studios with Fantasmic, Animal kingdoms rivers of light, and the main fireworks, or happily ever after fireworks at Magic Kingdom. but this is the all time best one. I remember seeing this ine way back in 2015, and that had me in tears
For the people thinking this is good enough, don’t think that although I am grateful that they posted this videos to relive memories people who think seeing it just on TH-cam is good enough is wrong and I highly suggest you see it in person if you are going to Disney world 100000000/10
Watching this at 1:30am April 28th 2020 on the Covid-19 pandemic :( but made my night i was 10yo when I was there watching this show i just turn 38 on the 21sth of April n i still feel like a kid watching this 🤗
Beautiful and amazing and gorgeous and wonderful masterpiece I wish I was there to see fantasmic myself I’d be amazed and it would be like going on a adventure with Mickey Mouse beyond my wildest dreams and imagination
Someone tell me why I come back to watch this at least once a month and always wind up sobbing by the end. COVID and being poor is really getting me down, man.
I am here by accident.... I watched Nightwish "Fantasmic ... part 3 live" music video and checked this by curiosity.... I like Disney, but Donald Duck is my favorite, Mickey Mouse is only ok.... 😊 Greetings from Finland

I remember going to see this with my family yearly during the late 90’s and early 2000’s. I miss those days so much 😭 So many good memories...
I can watch this over and over again
When quarantine is slowly going away and we’ll be able to go to Disney again.
@Ahmani Balmer it will don’t be so negative
Don’t worry vaccines are coming out and being spread out. Soon in 2021 we will all be able to go home!

@@alexm5426 If the poison doesn't kill you. You fools will never get normal back.
I've seen that show 2 times in my life in person, one in Orlando and one in California, I went with my parents and siblings. It's been many years since we went together and every time I see this I just crack thinking about how I'll never experience the same show with my parents again as I'm now married and with a 2 y/o. I'm happy and sad at the same time thinking of it
Me: *so sucked into this*
Video: *starts buffering*
Me: Why has Walt forsaken me?
Clap clap CLAP :-P
hang in there it come though
no one talks about the musicians involved in this score. it’s where most of if not all of our emotions come from. i’ve been a musician most of my life and i get goosebumps and sob every single time i hear those horns absolutely play their hearts out throughout the show. this track is the greatest to ever exist, and this is the best show disney has ever had, hands down. i’m 25 and i’ve seen this show every year (minus covid years of course) since i was born.
The colours of the wind part especially
We need the updated version soundtrack
How many watching this seen it in person.Disney World.to me it was spectacular.one of the best show at Disney world.show of hands.who seen fantastic in person.
See this in person the good feeling come all over you at the end when Mickey appear at the top in his wizard suit.the krowd cheers
This is how high and deep I’m accustomed to living in my head go Mickey!!! Fan Since 1995
The two hands that pop up in the bottom of the shot at 26:27 capture exactly how I feel at that moment
i saw this show and it was so awesome! thank you for those who made the show.
You're welcome, we'll be back again some day
When the dust is all settled, I’d love to take my Buddy to WDW and experience this. But for the meantime, everyone, be safe and good health to all.
Good news Nathan, I'm from 6 months ahead into the future. It's likely we could have a 90% effective vaccine by February-March :D. Hopefully things go well so you and your bud could go to Disney!
@@kiwikiwi2483 Only effective in killing people. For a virus with a 99 percent survival rate. But of course morons are so scared of what the television tells them to be scared of that their minds are completely obliterated of free thought.
I can’t wait going in October with my family and 2 nephews to Disney!! So excited
You know when I went to Disney for the first time back in early 2020, I honestly didn’t even want to go to Fantasmic at first. But I can honestly say that it’s one of my favorite shows. I cannot wait to go back in October!
I’m going to Disney World in two weeks and this show makes me cry! Im crying right now! So good!!
These are the things that make me nostalgic for the time before the pandemic. Where these performances made life easier and magical.
I-I’m not crying you are!!!
When I go to Disney I feel like no one judges you and they could care less how ur dressed or what you look like or who u are who agrees with me I also feel free and safe when I'm there
Ariel Hamner the happiest place on earth
It is indeed
People definitely judge you’re just at Disney and don’t care
*couldn't
its greatest place on earth it be so nice if all usa was like disney world it be so much fun
This makes me happy
I grew up with the Disneyland version of the show. And the introduction of the dragons are the same. The dragons are just different.
This is so amazing. Also I love how they included Steamboat Willie, just seeing that really brings so much memory. As I remember seeing that appear before movies began
I love the music in the beginning when Mickey pops up!! #Hero
Thanks for sharing! I’m missing Disney during quarantine!
I went to this park 3 years ago and the tour bus that took us made us leave at around 7pm so i missed this show, i just watched it and im sobbing.. both cause of how beautiful it is and cause i missed seeing it in real life 💔 i wont be back in a long time probably, but when i do, its gonna be the first thing i will wanna see 😭❤️
believe me its the beautiful show on earth the feeling it put all over you.
i feel like every park has their own night show.
Jacob Guzman And don't forget the other fireworks shows also at HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS! 🎇
I love this show already, even tho I have never seen it in real life! Makes me wonder how much more I‘ll love it if I get to see it in person one day!
For the people thinking this is good enough, don’t think that although I am grateful that they posted this videos to relive memories people who think seeing it just on TH-cam is good enough is wrong and I highly suggest you see it in person if you are going to Disney world 100000000/10
This is so much better than the Disneyland version. You can't beat sorcerer Mickey appearing on top of the mountain, you just can't.
I miss this show!!! Its my favorite show in Disney World
Same
Watching this at 1:30am April 28th 2020 on the Covid-19 pandemic :( but made my night i was 10yo when I was there watching this show i just turn 38 on the 21sth of April n i still feel like a kid watching this 🤗
this is the best disney show of all time.
14:02 & 14:20
The woman who sang both those parts of "Part of your world" and "Someday my prince will come" did an excellent job, gorgeous voice!
this show always makes me cry holy crap 😭
27:34 favorite part of the finale
It’s the imagination that brought us many inventions through history!
Beautiful and amazing and gorgeous and wonderful masterpiece I wish I was there to see fantasmic myself I’d be amazed and it would be like going on a adventure with Mickey Mouse beyond my wildest dreams and imagination
It is the most magical show! It brought tears to my eyes!!!!!
I’m gonna save up my money so I can see this with my boyfriend... I would be in tears but it would be so beautiful to be there with him watching this.
Someone tell me why I come back to watch this at least once a month and always wind up sobbing by the end.
COVID and being poor is really getting me down, man.
I think this is one of the first videos I've ever watched in 4K on TH-cam, and I just want to say, this is absolutely breathtaking!! Great Job :)
Thanks! I really like how this video came out too.
Sadly, i don't have a 4K computer.
Genuinely Gage I

The Pocahontas scene is one of my favorite parts!
I love this show!!
Who Else Is Watching This Because They Really Want To Go See It But Quarantine Is Keeping Us Inside?
I am here by accident.... I watched Nightwish "Fantasmic ... part 3 live" music video and checked this by curiosity.... I like Disney, but Donald Duck
is my favorite, Mickey Mouse is only ok.... 😊 Greetings from Finland
Me
i want to go back to disney so bad
And money 🤣
My God this show is and will be amazing! There's always something about Disney that is life changing that you just can't explain.
