Hey! Do you think I can drive my car without the module installed? Also replaced the driver airbag, what about sensors. The front bumper was hit and then the airbag deployed.
You were only having to do this because the air bag was released when you bought the vehicle right? Not because you're doing a cluster swap...? Sorry, I'm just trying to make sense of the process and what i need to do for my cluster.
airbag module is damaged, I can't buy a new used one, it's nowhere to be found. Can they install another module?
My 05 Mustang V6 coupe. Was wreck 12 years ago. Driver side airbag deployed.
The Body Shop used a 2006 GT coupe driver side airbag control module. From a Mustang that was hit in the rear. Can you use a 05 coupe V6 with in 06 GT coupe. Control module. Also is there anyway you can reprogram it without removing the control module with a scanner.?
Looks like you replaced your driver airbag as well, was yours deployed?? Also do you have a video on how to remove and install that as well? Thanks
Yes it was deployed. I'll see if I can find to video of the swap and upload it.

Hey, did you have any problems or issues with the company that you sent your module too? I got a 2017 GT from copart and Ford quoted me at $700! $200 for labor and $500 for replacement module. Thanks.
And I'm hoping to send it off to a company here within a week but don't know which ones are reputable and legitimate.
Just a little over a week turn around. Just plugs the module back in and resynced the module with the ECM.
