  • Welcome to Part 2 of Introduction to Persons. In this episode, let's talk about the conclusive presumption laid down in Article 3 of the Civil Code of the Philippines, and other kinds of presumptions in the Civil Code. We will also take a look at Article 3 in relation to foreign laws. Today, we will also learn all about the doctrine of processual presumption or the presumed-identity approach.
    We will also discuss the prospective and retroactive application of laws. These are fundamental concepts that if you learn now, will serve you well throughout all of your years in law school in the Philippines.
