Just proves that location is everything. The design of this mall is plain, boring, and has no personality. Very sterile feel. I’ve seen absolutely gorgeous malls die because of changing demographics, competition from other malls, crime, and bad traffic. And yet this unattractive mall is thriving because of where it is.
