If you learn a language out of necessity or for a specific objective, it is never because you love that language! Language is a communication tool that you need to learn to live in society. Language is part of a culture, which we must know in depth, as language is the complement of a culture. Learning a foreign language without knowing its culture is completely useless. If you learn German to live with Germans, it's not the same as going to Austria. There is a culture behind this that you cannot ignore.
