I have Shipwreck on preorder at bbts, but I just found him at Walmart last night! Canceled my preorder! He's a pretty nice figure, I've got no complaints!
Love the tattoos they are adding to these figures, really gives them a true military feel, plus them keepers no the classic style with a touch of modern items makes this line the best.
This a must for me, always LOVED Shipwreck even if his look is pretty basic, i didn't get why Polly had a peg leg but now i know.... and knowing his half the.... oh that was bad...sorry Btw thats not Zoolander hair, not even close but it doesn't matter it was a good review!
First few waves were based on the video game designs, Classified is a catch all line like Marvel Legends, they can throw movie/toy/retro/video game lines all under the same umbrella. I hate the face printing on these but otherwise a great figure!
They switched it up cause only the same usual suspects liked the first few waves cause they like anything joe cause they are yahoos. Them 6 people couldn't keep the idea going lol. They seen the backlash and realized welp. The fans didn't change, they want classics. Look how well the 25th did compared to every line of joe aside from the arah. There's a reason why it did so well, and it's the same exact reason why the classified's are doing well compared to them first weird releases with nerf guns. And it was clear the kids will not be supporting it as per susual like they banked on with a game and etc.
Another good review. Jason Wynn is the villain from Spawn. I'm not sure if you'd call it a grappling hook. Shipwreck is sailor themed so I thought it was a boat anchor. But why would he carry a boat anchor with him? Then again, why would a sailor carry a grappling hook with him? That's something for Alpine. But who knows.
I do like that the joint QC issues appear to be taken care of. That gives me a lot of faith that we are seeing a return to greatness. But, for the love-o-Pete!!! Why are they skipping out on blast effect holes? I noticed that Copperhead also comes with a major gun with no blast effect hole and now Shipwreck. It's weird. It makes me wonder if they're going to release a weapons pack with various blast effects at some point? Great review, BTW :)
Comparing his head with the villain from Spawn is some extreme-level obscure reference in 2023, I'm impressed. I guess the target audience for these figures is expected to be familiar with stuff like that.
I love the classic look. I wouldn’t be mad at the knit beanie and sweater look with blue camo pants from the Pursuit of Cobra look they threw down. I agree on blast ports. I would have liked a mouth open Polly or wings spread. I’ll supplement with some other figurine. I mean Polly had sone of the best lines in the Sunbow cartoon. Looking forward to this one!
Hate the hole in the wrist. Hook on the belt looks dumb, too. And polls head always stuck looking at him is dumb. They could've made the head articulated, also not feeling the peg leg in anyway. Other than that this is what I want from a 6 inch joe.
Mine is great not a flaw on him,and I agree I think people take fucked up pictures to make the look shitty n stupid on purpose ……like falcon some of the pics you could tell were messed with and altered to make him look even more fucked up then he already did …..and I don’t mean the ones that were clearly a joke

All there weapons ,belts and helmets are made of a thin , soft ,cheap , gummy plastic now .scrap irons missiles ,blast effects and helmet are all like that ,falcons web gear was shitty …….price has gone up 2 but the quality is going down ….I get it tho with the inflation crisis we’re going thru it’s what they got to do to keep them at $25…….it’s like people bitch the figures went up in price ($2) but you think all the materials they use to make the figures hasn’t gone up in price ……everything has going up in price
I wonder if snow jobs skis and poles are all gummy ,I hope not that will kinda suck …..torpedoes got a lot of accessories also …I don’t know about torpedoes but I know snow job is considered a “deluxe fig” and runs like $10 more

Dazzler doesn't has long hair, her hair is short, or maybe is a custom of dazzler and someone else hair style
