Nothing specific because I haven't see you play, but I put together a 1.1 Shabrys resources playlist. Most combos and stuff won't work in this version, but there's still useful stuff like bite setup timing, and a lot of links in the description, including a link to BananaKen's (the best Shab) channel

So, Moopoke/Milpy, what made you take you Shadow Labrys? I've tried her but getting the bull to work in combos is hard. What drew you to her?
I'd never played a fighting game before, barely knew what they were, and ordered the game off Amazon for the story. Saw a gameplay video of Shab, hear her (JP) voice and the rest is history (true and real)

Mhm. SB moves also give it super armor, which means during SB moves you have to hit the bull with a super, or hit Shab directly. Making her enter blockstun won't interrupt the bull.
