I got a few ideas for new documentaries empress of tomorrow: the Asuka story Catch your breath: the Finn balor story Here comes the pain: the Brock lesnar story
I think he did one for Bret, he might just be reuploading since TH-cam has taken down so many. I've been wanting to watch again the ones he did for Jon Moxley and AJ Styles but they're not in his channel anymore.
BEST THERE IS, BEST THERE WAS AND THE BEST THERE EVER WILL BE. Absolutely one of the greatest technical wrestlers of All Time, Still love going back watching Bret’s classic matches against Austin, Michaels, Bulldog and his brother Owen Hart
Bret Hart is my 3rd favorite wrestler of all time, his in ring ability. Nobody sold a beating the way he did, and his matches are classics still talked about to this day
*Bret Hart is my favorite wrestler of all time, but not only that I consider him the greatest in-ring performer of all time. Sure he wasn’t the most charismatic, but he had such a honest representation of himself and the way he just had a great way of caring himself like a true champion. He was such a fantastic seller the way he can make his pain look very believable and he always had such a way of making matches look very believable by even making his opponents look like 1 million bucks. Although it really digusts me the way how wrestling fans these days like to crap on Bret just because they hate his opinions but they shouldn’t let that distract the fact that is one of the all-time greats.*
As a kid I was an HBK guy, I NEVER liked Bret Hart, but yet, I was drawn to his matches, all of them back then were great. So really, upon reflection, I've always had a huge love and respect for the guy. I'm not going to say the quote...but he truly is the best. ;)
I never watched Bret during his time in the ring, I got into wrestling a bit later. But I am just so impressed with his work. He truly is one the best wrestlers to lace up a pair of boots. Best there is, best there was, and best there ever will be.
Bret made everything he did in the ring look as real as it gets. The way he was selling made it seem like it hurt. His pacing of his matches were top notch too He made everyone around him look like a million backs Truly the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be Ohh and he's goldberg's number 1 "fan"
I Like Bret Hart Because Of 2004's Smackdown Vs Raw He's my got to HOFer In WWE video games because of this I'm a Bret Hart mark there I said It finally
As a kid who didn't know anything, I didn't like Bret Hart. As an adult with my own kids, I realize he truly is the best there was,the best there is and the best there ever will be... ♥️🇿🇦
I read Bret's book. It really allowed you to get to know who he was and what his life was like. I think he's misunderstood about being bitter. Many of his fellow family and "boys" in the locker room are no longer here. I think he wants his career to be remembered for being one of the best. I think he has achieved that.
When i think of some of the best wrestlers in general, I immediately think of Bret Hart. This man can literally & i mean literally have great match with anybody he steps his foot with. He's just that good.
Lies and slander 1) Bad News has claimed the hitman gave him a concussion and never apologized 2) after Goldberg called the movie and Bret failed to protect himself coming in WAY too fast he then wrestled several matches after including a hardcore match against Terry Funk. Bret the Crybaby Hart needs to get over it already.
One of the best technical wrestler of all time, and the fact is he never injured his opponent that makes him great, his match with Mr. Perfect in Summerslam 1991 was a MASTERPIECE.😊
It makes me wonder if the reason why Bret dropped the IC strap to Davey Boy Smith at SummerSlam '92, was because they were prepping Bret to win the World title, since he did it less than 2 months later.
I grew up with hogan was a teen with bret and became a man with stone cold honestly Monday night wars I really never thought there was anything better then the stone cold hit man rivalry why wwf was losing in those times I never understood the best match I ever seen had to be bret stone cold bloody and just over all great I loved that time in wwf hart foundation and the biggening rise of the highest rated star of all times in any sport at the time when stone cold took over he took over society in general after 2 years of losing ratings when stone cold peaked it beat out football baseball basketball truly insanity why no one was watching at the biggening I'll never get because bret vs stone cold was seriously the best all time rivalry
Bret Hart is a much better man than me. I could never deal with a company that killed my brother and screwed me over so many times. I'd be done with the whole industry after the whole WCW situation
Just don't get how people always complain about Bret, complaining about Goldberg. The Hitman was born into the wrestling world, dedicated his life to it, gave 1000% every match. Perfected his craft like no other. For it all to be ruined, by someone who is reckless and doesn't know anything about pro wrestling while being a pro wrestler. Bret's got every right to say whatever he wants about the business from what he successfully achieved in the business. He'll always be *the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be*
Yes awesome you guys agree stone cold bret hart greatest mstch ever and those few months that rivalry was awesome it was the biggening of a massive change
I can name one person better than Bret in ring, by far. Not anyone who came before or after, but someone from around the same time frame who Bret often shared the ring with. That name… Owen Hart. Owen was far more talented. There have been many times when Bret himself said as much. It’s funny that now people are acting like Bret is the GOAT, but Owen was so much better than him. RIP to the king of Harts, the true best there is, best there was, and best there ever will be ♥️ 👑
off topic but adam cole vs cm punk would be a modern shawn michaels vs bret hart with adam cole being the shawn michaels and cm punk being the modern bret hart
I actually believe it was Vince who told hogan not to put hart over at the time vince was having serious problems giving the belt to bret he wasn't totally sure because bret was so bad at promo my opinion he got super good at them eventually but at the time bret really didn't seem like someone who could hold down the wwf they tried macho warrior and bret was the only one who actually got over enough to be the face its pretty incredible considering the times
Hart had said in the wrestling with shadows documentary that he actually wanted to be an actor not a wrestler...funny how they are very similar Also some information missing from the video
It's funny Brett was considered small being built like an LB. He'd be bigger than 90% of the roster today. Guys today look like they don't even lift weights on avg
19 minutes? Full career documentary? He's one of the alltime greats. Carried WWF in the early 90s, and you give him a 19 minute video? There is A LOT more to tell about The Hitman. Sad.....
Biggest stains on Hart's career: Loss to Jerry Lawler Title loss to Da Mountie Feud with H.O.G. 1-Day World Title regin Clean loss to Ricky Steamboat Montreal Screwjob 5:19
Wrong or right ,and definitly yesteryears old story but the 97 survivor series allthough infamous has put eyes on and kept riples that nay never finish being told and retold allmost to the point were if it was any one less than vience Brett and Shawn they,d all be overshadowed by Montreal instead of all the other kick ass programs they were all involved in
Everyone trashes him for being upset about Goldberg after all these years, but if you were the guy who prided themselves on having the best, safest matches on the card where nobody got hurt and some disrespectful clown who wasn't properly trained kicked you in the head, ended your career and lead to you having a stroke, I think you'd be a little upset. Oh yeah, and the only reason he was in WCW was because Vince preferred hanging out with his buddy HBK who didn't draw him a dime and buried other wrestlers to stay on top, almost leading to the company being in real trouble in 1996 and 1997. We forget that Bret protected The Rock and was the reason Steve Austin was brought into WWF in the first place. He elevated everyone he worked with. Shawn Waltman was put on the map by Bret in their match on Raw in 1994. He did business the right way. Get the other guy over so that you have someone to draw money with. No Bret Hart, no Stone Cold. He would have been stuck in ECW and the Indies for the rest of his career of Bret hadn't hounded Vince to sign him.
Bret Hart defeated Ric Flair for his first WWF title with the Sharpshooter, he did NOT pin Flair. If you're going to be doing history videos, you need to be accurate.
Bret was better than Shawn in every way other than the mic. "But Shawn was more athletic!" Who gives a shit when his in ring story telling is a 7 at best and Bret was an 11/10
List of Canadian wrestlers better than Bret Hart, in no particular order and not to be considered complete: 1. Chris Benoit 2. Chris Jericho 3. Kenny Omega 4. Val Venis 5. Shawn Spears 6. Owen Hart 7. Test 8. Edge 9. Christian 10. Kevin Owens 11. Sami Zayn 12. Kyle O'Reilly 13. "Speedball" Mike Bailey

that was probably owen heart, if you thought he did bret hart
I definitely thought he did one on Bret already. I know he did one on the Hart Family and Owen. 😊
I think he did one for Bret, he might just be reuploading since TH-cam has taken down so many. I've been wanting to watch again the ones he did for Jon Moxley and AJ Styles but they're not in his channel anymore.
I just wish these videos were more in depth.

The pink and black attack 🖤💕
Bret Hart is my 3rd favorite wrestler of all time, his in ring ability. Nobody sold a beating the way he did, and his matches are classics still talked about to this day
The best there is, the best there was
but most importantly
The best there will ever be.
Absolutely.

You missed out on some fantastic matches.
“I’m the best there is the best there was and the best there ever will be”
Bret The Hitman Hart
These are truly a hidden gem. Yes, they are very popular but deserve much, much more recognition, in my opinion. Thank you!
When it comes to in Ring wrestling he's the Goat as far as I'm concerned
Agreed.
Bret made everything he did in the ring look as real as it gets. The way he was selling made it seem like it hurt. His pacing of his matches were top notch too
He made everyone around him look like a million backs

Thank you for the Bret Hart, story. I have seen it at least 10 times. Still waiting for Jerry Lawler story.
As a kid who didn't know anything, I didn't like Bret Hart. As an adult with my own kids, I realize he truly is the best there was,the best there is and the best there ever will be...

Thanks for bringing this video back
Bret Hart was the king of workrate years before that term entered the lexicon.
I read Bret's book. It really allowed you to get to know who he was and what his life was like. I think he's misunderstood about being bitter. Many of his fellow family and "boys" in the locker room are no longer here. I think he wants his career to be remembered for being one of the best. I think he has achieved that.
20 minutes is a wee too short for Bret's career.
When i think of some of the best wrestlers in general, I immediately think of Bret Hart. This man can literally & i mean literally have great match with anybody he steps his foot with. He's just that good.
Except for Greenberg.
my personal greatest of all time .
Absolutely one of the greatest in wrestling history!
About time I been waiting on Bret story to come

I like the 2021 version of your Bret Hart documentary.
Bret is the best there is the best there was ans the best there will ever will be 🔥
Would have loved to see Bret in WWE in the early 2000s. Matches with Jericho, RVD, Benoit would have been great
Bret Hart STILL IS & ALWAYS WILL BE my favourite professional wrestler of all time.
Love YA Hitman, you STILL are the best.
Haven’t watched this yet but I assumed their is an entire section dedicated to Gilberg
It's Sunday Already 😱
Happy Sunday ☝🏻
The Beef welington pun I caught sir, thanks 😂

I remember his early years as the Hart Foundation. Even when they were heels they were cool AF. The hitman was tragically misused by the WWF.
And hay Andy thank you for not deep diving the 97 screw job hell there's so much if that on utube allready any way goid video thank you

Bret made Flair submit from the Sharpshooter, not a pin.
Besides Owen, Bret was the Best Hart.
Hart had said in the wrestling with shadows documentary that he actually wanted to be an actor not a wrestler...funny how they are very similar
Also some information missing from the video
Size wise he was my favorite wrestler. It sucks that they didn't really use him when he eventually went to WCW after the screwjob
It's funny Brett was considered small being built like an LB. He'd be bigger than 90% of the roster today. Guys today look like they don't even lift weights on avg
Do chris benoit next
Released a day before Canada day
You pretty much skipped over Bret's 1998-2000 WCW run
20 minutes?! That's not NEARLY enough time!!
19 minutes? Full career documentary? He's one of the alltime greats. Carried WWF in the early 90s, and you give him a 19 minute video? There is A LOT more to tell about The Hitman. Sad.....
He's not called "The best there is, the best there was, the best there ever will be" for nothing

No that was Gorilla Monsoon
Wait.. Bret got a concussion from Funk? Don't hear about that one. Was convinced it was ALL GOLDBERG'S FAULT

I think he is most good looking man in wwf

Hulk Hogan never won the WWE TITLE. He won the WWF TITLE.
Same thing.
Clearly WCW atuck Brwt with reffereeing rather than let him wrestle
Bret was better than Shawn in every way other than the mic. "But Shawn was more athletic!" Who gives a shit when his in ring story telling is a 7 at best and Bret was an 11/10
Why would you put bret hart of all people in a hardcore match terry Funk
Kurt Angle > Bret Hart?
Nahhh....chillll
Ken Shamrock > both
Please make a Brock Lesnar documentary I would love it
Bret Hart > Wayne Gretzky. He's the best there ever was.

The dungeon wasn’t hard-core training. It was an old man stretching out little boys who allowed him to do it. That sounds stupid to me.
Like always hogan 🙄Bret the best there is the best there was the best there ever will be
