They have no willpower -- go check videos of US troops trying to train them. You're not at fault if you're put up to a task that cannot be feasibly done.

There are also reports that the Afghans were not getting paid or fed regularly after Traitor Joe withdrew US support in the spring. No wonder many bailed!!
