А если подключить мой «IMac» 2019 года по трансляции к телевизору, который поддерживает 4К 120 герц, я смогу примерить эту настройку или нужно подключаться через «USB Type-C»+ HDMI?
If your Mac does not support 120 Hz refresh, connecting it to an external 120 Hz display, won't make it a "true" 120 Hz video.

Please follow the tutorial in the video. If you see the 120 Hz option available as shown here, that means your mac support the feature.
