Having a little play house was not uncommon in the 90's and definitely not reserved only for the wealthy. I had one and I lived in a poor area in Los Angeles. My mom was a house cleaner and my dad worked construction, but the economy was good and minimum wage kept up with rent/housing prices. It also helped that no one had all the extra expenses of paying for internet, cell phones, and streaming services

If I were to guess the reason for the vocal style that everyone does, it's probably from Bing Crosby, who had a very distinct singing style. He recorded a lot of holiday songs, and a lot of them became the quintessential versions of the songs. So I think a bunch of people try to emulate him.

@@ashwinii7646 for me snow is super fun until you actually have to deal with it 😂 When it’s constantly snowing like this we spend about 3 hours shoveling it every day, walking through it to school before the plowing truck has come through takes forever, driving gets kinda weird etc.

I believe the story behind it is that Swifties believed thay Taylor would put out a Christmas song or album (because of tweets and possible easter eggs in music videos from lover).
She wasn't planning to but thought it was a nice idea and within a week (dec 1 - dec 6) she wrote, recorded and released the song!

I didn't sled until I was eleven, because I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona (I moved to Iowa when I was eleven). I'd only built one snowman before, when I was on vacation at my uncle's cabin, about two hours north of where I grew up. He said he had a similar experience.
@@lindseysquire8417 ahh I see how someone from Arizona wouldn’t have been sledding lol. I’m from Kentucky. We have had awful winters. We also have terrible humidity in the summer. The only season we don’t have much of is autumn which is my favorite one😩😒🥺
