The chap who put that film together used to be on here. The music was chosen by David Black, Head of Presentation. The clips were gathered from news footage from the year. It's lovely film.

Wow seem like they use the same footage of wintry scenes for the closedowns during the holiday itself which accompained with In the Bleak Midwinter, they have use that since the start of Christmas Eve of that year...
