    Awesome video Cody, really like the crane scale idea!

      Thanks bro! I use it on resisted sprints as well to quantify horizontal load, easy way to ensure you’re targeting what you want regardless of the sled/tool/surface you’re using

      @@ATHLETE.X I'm sure I'm not alone in wanting to see how you set it up with resisted sprints

    Great video! I was wondering if there’s a link, or if you could tell me what the equation is for the 10 bound test? Also, is there a table that lets us know what good or bad and what to then improve on?

  • @daydo7926

    Are the numbers for the reactive bounding coefficient the same as the RSI test?

      No but you can learn more about here: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32774536/
      I might make a video about it specifically at some point.

    Hey Cody, what are your favorite spikes, man?

    • @ATHLETE.X
      @ATHLETE.X  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I like the Addas SP2 the most, but the puma Tokyo future 4, max fly, and new balance sd-x are nice as well.

    • @j.campbell5707

      @ATHLETE.X Ok, so why do you think the Adidas SP2 has the edge over those other spikes, bro?

      @MoiseSabe ปีที่แล้ว

      Ceramic Spikes is the key, not attached just Track on the field, i will recomend 6mm or 7mm

    Respected Cody..👍🇺🇸hi... I have one question..
    May i ask you...😳
    I decision attempt breaking masters 200m world record in 2023.. I sm 6"4 215lbs...pure dry muscles...athlete muscles not strongmen..i am 47.. I have 10.58s on 100m!!!
    Your vids fantastic👍☺i live it....every day by day hard job great motivation videos..
    My program now stay 41th week on 52rh full..i think so i can run new world record..present wr 21.62 kosenkow!!(world athletics)
    I think so my shape great,but i think needed lil bit explosive power..my first 40m lil bit weak and 140m-190m between i very quickly tired...
    May i ask you Cody.. What do you think,how much needed stretching for sprinters ? Per week? How much good or too much?
    This year absolute only target world record,abd next year my first primery Masters World championships on Goeteborg 2024..👍☺
    Stay blessed and have a great weekend Cody..
    Sincerelly...👍👍

    Great and interesting information. Thank you. Wish I had this when I was competing. My son turns 12 on Sunday. He is fast already but wants to improve. He has not had any specific training yet. What would you recommend?

    When you time your 30m flys do you usually get around the same times whether you hand time or use free lap? I’m trying to convert my 30m fly to a 60m and 100m time but I’m not sure if the charts are for fat or hand time or both.

    Front squat with full depth and fast reps are good for competition season, or do it just on off season?
