I have the same machine and as for wand you just grab the black rubber on elbow and rotate it around so you now hand wand out to the right facing machine, it’s shipped with wand in current position as on your machine.
Nice overview... Looks a lot like the Breville though significantly different enough to where it's not a "copy". I have the Breville and the Gevi 4 in 1 Pour Over - the 4 in 1 seems to be very well made.
My daughter has the breville barista espress, I choose the Gevi base on ratings, once I got it set up to my preference, I see absolutely no difference to breville, maybe even better with the 58 mm portafiktwr and group head that are comercial size, and the Italian pump with 20 bars of power, automatic yet fully customizable, great looking, modern and well made to last at 1/3 less the price.
So basically a rebadged Sage/Breville Barista express? Looks like they just changed a few minor details and put their logo on it. Ship it with some cheap, but expensive feeling tools. Boom IMO, for beginners, get a bambino or dedica and a decent hand grinder. Way better espresso with the better grinder and milk frothing works just as well

Shouldn’t you wipe off the excess coffee grounds that are on the rim ?

Would you be able to show how to program the machine? Just got this same machine and having some trouble dialing it in! Great video!! 👍🏼
I’ll see what I can do. I can try to put a video together 👍🏼
I’ve been loving it!
Have you had problems with grinder getting clogged?
No, sometimes I hear it’s good to put the machine on coarse grind to get left over coffee out but I never had an issue with clogging
