There are two tools.....one is an arrow spinner and is available from most US traditional archery suppliers (I've had this one for 20 years, so the colors are different now) or you can make one with drawer guide bearings and wood blocks. The hand held tool is available from Ace Archery Tackle and is called a "compression straightener" although I don't use it to compress the wood fibers. Good luck with your arrow building!

Where did you get the arrow roller? The ace I know.
I got this one about 20 years ago from 3Rivers Archery. They still sell one....just not this color I believe.
