  • Welcome to Route Mastery!
In this video, we visualize the pathfinding algorithm as it explores the beautiful city of Chandigarh. Watch as the algorithm finds the shortest path from the Railway Station Chandigarh to the ISKCON Temple Chandigarh in stunning 4K resolution.
    Key Highlights:
    City: Chandigarh, India
    Starting Point: Railway Station Chandigarh
    Ending Point: ISKCON Temple Chandigarh
    Algorithm: A* (A-Star) Pathfinding
    Resolution: 4K (3840x2160)
This video showcases the power of pathfinding algorithms and their applications in real-world scenarios. Our visualization brings the process to life, with an engaging animation that tracks the algorithm’s progress step by step.

Great. Can you make one representing Dijkstra Algorithm?

Right now I am trying to implement A* algo on a very dense map , so maybe after that (I am kind of limited by the computation power of the system I own ), so stay tuned and subscribe 😄 , also if u find it interesting please like and share the video further ❤️

Your heuristic must be wrong tho

Huh 🤔, I am just a beginner and I just did what I could and made this 😅 . Could you please tell me what I am doing wrong ? So that I could improve that , btw I took the Euclidean distance , also I checked your videos and noticed that the paths explored are majorly going towards the end point and not spreading out everywhere, are you taking into account weights of the path or maybe implementing weighted a* algo ??

@@Route_Mastery in the end, we’re all here to learn! As you noticed correctly, they are nudging towards the goal node. This is the whole idea of A* Pathfinding Algorithm when applied correctly. When your heuristic is admissible, it should behave like this. Regardless if it is weighted or not. This is why I think your cost function &/or your heuristic are not set properly. There are some great explanations on here btw

@@nicogsplayground I will try to adjust the path weights in the next video I make , I have actually made a similar video for a different city, most probably I will be uploading that today or tomorrow, that's for the support btw 😁 , subscribe and stay tuned ❤️ (◍•ᴗ•◍)
