His impressions were spot on. Unfortunately most of the people who watch this have no idea who these old great actors are or how they sound and look. This guy has great potential on a classy show, that doesn't just demand singers.
What would have made it better? Let me guess, if he had started singing with an amazing voice... geez.
i don't get it either... tons of people impersonated all those actors and i really think he did it SPOT ON and maybe better than anyone i ever saw... but when 5 guys start to boo then all the sheaps come along booing plus 2 buzzers from melb and heidi no clue about comedy....
His DeNiro was spot on. The others were not, and his monologue was lame. Nursery rhymes? Ick. Also, it never works to dress up as DeNiro and then go into other voices. Most impersonators just show up as themselves and then use subtle physicality to indicate the changes. Good impersonators do more than just the voice and a little make up for one of them. He's promising, but needs direction.

No, that's why he failed...he's stubborn and probably only asks "Yes Men" questions and advice. He should never have tried other impressions. They weren't as good as what he should have stuck with. The nursery rhymes would have worked. He made a mistake and it cost him.

Because he had it with the Deniro alone. It was near perfect. trying to add other impressions that weren't as good , sunk him and it's clear to see why...He was Deniro, and I can't figure out what he was thinking with the other impressions...A bad mistake.

He's still got more talent than the judges.
His voice/tone and attitude had great potential but his act kinda sucked.

Paul Murrell If he didn't entertain them then his act "wasn't fine". It wasn't a successful act. Regardless of how well he actually did. He has to be likable and entertaining. That's the whole purpose of performing the act in front of an audience like this. And if his act isn't meant to have mass appeal then it should be kept in "the theater". It's like a singer that hits all of the notes correctly but is boring and lackluster. Kind of like how Howie buzzed that military singing group. Nothing was wrong with their singing but he wasn't entertained. So for him, it wasn't a good act. Doing a good job at whatever it is that you do does not automatically mean your act was successful.

His impersonations were really good but he used references from old actors and old movies such as Grease which was made in the late 1970's. I don't think many people understood them but I was laughing lol
WTF he wasn't bad at all. His voices were actually on point and he got boo'd? One person starts it and other follow because they're sheeple.

I really loved this act. He does have talent. He knows how to do impressions. His Christopher Walken impression was amazing. People don't know who that is because they're in the 21st century! But I would've gave a golden buzzer to send him through!

The guy was a very talented impersonator. He needs a job in Hollywood and Las Vegas anyways. He was right. The audience did not know what they were talking about. I guess they wanted him to act like Deniro only. But he mastered all his impersonations. Gifted.

The crowd is annoying af with all the booing, I'm pretty sure if they were up there, they'd be mad af if everyone kept booing, this guy was handling the pressure of being up on that stage and all they could do what sit back and boo. He wasn't terrible, I actually liked him.
I can't believe no one reacted positively to his Walken impression. I know that it is a cliche impression, but he did it very well.

When I saw the thumbnail I was like "wow that guys looks a lot like Robert De Niro"...
The audience gets coached on how to react; it is pretty staged. I can't imagine an audience in unison deciding to boo so strongly unless something is VERY bad.
To NBC and AGT, do you ever read all the comments how much your viewers hate this "Hi Hi, Ty Ty" nonsense? But you keep adding it to your videos. This shows that you really don't care.

It's unfortunate this man didn't impersonate Robin Williams, which is more likable. De Niro doesn't do jokes. It's De Niro's appearance that makes his show sucks.

He was was so good before he start his act..
I've worked many corporate events with Robert Nash and he kills it every time. His improv and banter skills are incredible and he never breaks character. This was just one of those "wrong audience" type of situations.
