The "spiky things" on the ilands are not the Harbor as you say. It is barriers to break strong waves, to protect the iland.
So great! Thanks for reacting to this! I loved the the fact that the Völkerschlachtdenkmal, the gigantic war remorial for the final big battle that defeated napoelon with extremely many casaulties near leipzig, was shown.
The Völkerschlachtendenkmal is a memorial for the win and also losses of the biggest battle in history before the great war and WW2
you say : well planned ---- others say : Damn bureaucracy ! It s the advantage of bureaucracy !
Hey man, nice reaction. You must not forget that many of these buildings, even entire cities, were destroyed after the second world war. They were rebuilt stone by stone. Peace and love from Germany.
Good reaction, but even this Video does not show alle the beauteful places of Germany. There is so much more to see. Greetings from Marburg, one of the towns in this Video:)
I was born in Cologne and lived there until 2017. But since 2017 in the neighboring city. But I don't have far to Cologne. Cologne Cathedral had a long construction period behind it. Construction began in 1248 and did not end until 1880.
Not sure if it's still a youth hostel but back in the late 80s the Nuremberg Castle was also a youth hostel. We did a school trip to Nuremberg and slept there for about a week. Awesome place.
I filmed the teddy bear museum, thinking of you, Shady! But I‘m still editing it, fairytale Swabian castles, and the teddy bear town, asap!
Don't mix Münster and Munster^^ Münster has a big cathedral while Munster has germanies most important tank museum.
when I look out of the window I see Amöneburg in the fog it looks like the city is in the clouds
Sending love from Dresden,Germany
Germanies cathedrales are a prime example that people in the past were just as great as engineers and architects than we are today.
Germany is home to 20k castles.
Castle Hohenschwangau is the castle where king Ludwig 2. grow up, you know the king who build Neu Schwanstein castle! Those spicythings arent a Habour, it's for the sand in the noth sea to settel it, the calm down the water and the sand can go down, it help to protect the island, for the winterstorms. In German those ß is a double s, we speake it ss, don't get me wrong here these are small ss :)
Shaggy can you show the German people the beautiful places in your country?
Great Video and great reaction. Thank you Shady. But I miss Trier with the city gate (Porta Nigra) built in 170 AD and the beautiful "Saarschleife" on Mettlach.
