    Have been using Zoom in conjunction with Google Classroom for language teaching for 9 months now. It's a great platform. My favourite feature is the ability to split the group into breakout groups or pairs for speaking practice or roleplays. I can drop into the individual groups to check on progress. I use online e-books for materials and can complete interactive exercises in real time using screen share. One feature of whiteboard is that the whole class can contribute. In my last class we did a class drawing as an icecreaker!

      Whenever someone gives a Webinar, they tell you to watch it on your computer or Laptop, because it is the best way to view it.

      Thank you! I am aware that they are making big changes and are focussing all their effort on security and privacy so should be seeing some changes. Best security feature you can implement is a meeting password and waiting room.

    Surpised you're not an Apple user. But then most students might not use that accessibility so it makes sense. Great videos even if you move fast it's so well-spoken, not scripted at all. You do know your products.

      @FlippedClassroomTutorials  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for your kind comments. I try to keep an open mind about what I use and always start from the why and problem I'm trying to solve. May have to create some more Apple content as I know many schools and teachers use those eco-systems as well.

      @@FlippedClassroomTutorials Hi Sethie, it wouldn't hurt because Apple incentives now extend to business and educational (deals) for their hardware. The world may [still] run on Windows, but Google and Apple are challenging that more and more. You love what you do. It shows. We hear it. We see it. I'm watching all your videos, whether they apply specifically to me or not because I'm sure there is something in them to take away. Keep keeping it real. Adding this. Some of us have to switch from Windows (at work-no choice in the matter) to Apple (at home-full on choice) and now on to the Google eco-system (no choice but hardware) since started working with internationals. I wouldn't put it past Amazon to eventually offer #AmazonOffice. That site is dense. It will stop at nothing. It wants our complete attention. Haha But they need to go #AmazonGreen to get mine (waste management) ;-)
