I dont know if anyone's mentioned it, but the voice actors for Mallory and Ron Cadillac were married in real life, which makes all their scenes together even better. 9:00
You know...I love this show for its fast paced humor...but the slow development of each character is like the secret star of this whole series. We ALL empathize with Lana...she's smart, athletic, decisive in a crisis, a total badass in combat...and her one flaw is her underconfidence that keeps her tied to the Archer crew and keeps her dating men that aren't good for her...and yet, when she's with them, some of her best abilities come out to the front...because she HAS to be better if they won't. Archer is also slowly getting better...he went from total jerk who just happens to be accidentally action star lucky at spying...to showing a personal history of loneliness and neglect from his mom, a love of animals because he trusts them not to judge/betray him (unlike people), and a surprising love of reading just for the sake of learning (when his isn't wasted dunk and having sex with strangers.) It isn't a spoiler to say that they all keep growing as characters,and that makes future seasons just as fun as these. The final season was only hard to watch because I knew that was all there was...but don't worry...thats a loooonng way off.
It wasn't until rewatching this series through reacts that I finally appreciate seeing the remains of Fourth of Juluau in another episode. I'm so glad "Legs" was up next on your list.
I just want it to be known that the rocket launcher Archer was using was likely anti-armor and that door was unscathed. That is one bull shit door to survive that blast with nary a scratch.
Lana has no problem getting men, nobody is disputing that. It's keeping men that she has problems with. Also with all the insane stuff that Archer does, doesn't it make sense for them to have someone to keep track or the armory? Remember that one time they raided it to go have a shoot out with some cops in the south?
