- MTV popped by to record enough footage to shake a stick at of the band recording their fourth studio album, Angel Dust. The footage of the band recording and dicking about was interspersed with some interviews with band members. Seeing as the Jim Martin interview is available here: • Faith No More - Angel ... and I cannot find this one, I decided to upload the one of Mike Patton who goes on for nearly an hour and a half! See him eat sandwiches, talk about Right Said Fred, obsessive fans, the oddities in the area where he lives and Angel Dust (obviously) among other things.
Watch out for a cameo from Roddy too!
P.S. Everyone who watches it is entitled to get me a ticket to a Faith No More show ;).

I've watched all the parts of this interview until now. The video isn't working for some reason, but maybe just as well as I've become increasingly more dismayed with Patton. He doesn't interview well. He's either taking the piss or it's almost stream of consciousness stuff he comes out with. That's great, as long as you live in the world of Patton, but fucking useless for the 99.9% of the world that doesn't. He can't communicate verbally. He seems confused at times. Drugs?

1. He's straight edge
2. He's trolling MTV
3. There are a million other replaceable Jim Martins that pop up seemingly from everywhere, but there is only one Mike Patton.
4. He can speak coherently, but with all of the clout built up around Faith No More and Mr. Bungle, the media portrays Mike as an eccentric personality. He's charismatic, versatile, but Mike is trying to give his growing fan-base what they hope to expect. The only "world of Patton" there is is all a figment of his admirers' imagination. Not with himself personally.
