I've been thinking about this topic quite a bit as a kid and in my opinion, not only are were going to lose our toes but body hair, eye brows, our noses and ear shells might shrink, our eyes as well as heads will become bigger and eventually we will look a lot like the classical depictions of aliens we see in sci fi, which are even sometimes tought to be humans from the future visiting the past.

My dad lost his pinky toe when it had to be amputated after getting nearly electrocuted. While it wasn't severely affected, his balance definitely took a hit. This video has quite a few dumb ideas on future evolution for our species, the toe falling off being one of them. You dont just lose organs or lose limbs because you dont need them, there must be evolutionary pressure for those things to change. I seem to distinctly remember that in the Time Machine the Morlocks were the intelligent ones, they provided everything to the surface dwellers in secret and then culled them at night as cattle. Kind of missing the elephant in the room, for 20,000 years our brain capacity had been shrinking, in fact it's about the size of a tennis ball in mass we have lost. If we look at the demographic transition model, birth rate s are high _because_ death rates are high in developing countries, due to lack of healthcare and education. If we put restrictions on births in these countries, we could seriously harm the population. It should still be the individual's choice, which also means, governments shouldn't restrict use of birth control, I totally agree with that. Humans have developed to produce more offspring during difficult times, when it is unlikely that all would make it to adulthood. We don't drastic measures to solve the issue; we just need to improve healthcare and education in these locations, and the birthrate will inversely follow. I live in one of the fastest developing nations in the Caribbean, and the national birthrate here has plummeted within the last twenty years, so much so, that we expect an elderly population by 2050.
Regarding getting taller, there have been studies done that the taller you are, the shorter your life span. I believe 5' 9" was the maximum height for longest life span. Just check the genius book of records and note the short life span of the tallest people that ever lived.

I've been thinking about this topic quite a bit as a kid and in my opinion, not only are were going to lose our toes but body hair, eye brows, our noses and ear shells might shrink, our eyes as well as heads will become bigger and eventually we will look a lot like the classical depictions of aliens we see in sci fi, which are even sometimes tought to be humans from the future visiting the past.

My dad lost his pinky toe when it had to be amputated after getting nearly electrocuted. While it wasn't severely affected, his balance definitely took a hit. Now look at that average person, and strip away our modern knowledge base, they no longer know about modern technology, they are born in the Stone Age wth their intelligence which they are born with.
My experience is most people show no real potential to pioneer anything, it's not because they have not learned, it's because they just can't. This to me is horrifying to know, but true.

The Monoethnism one seems possible in the short term, but over much longer time frames, people will naturally change to suit whatever environments they live in. There's a reason why ethnicity diverged in the first place and when you keep people in one place for long enough it will happen again.

people cant get taller because when your volume gets bigger your surface area gets bigger but at a lesser rate thats why the tallest opeople in the world die at around 25 there is to much stress on there bones

Doesn't matter if our bones grow to handle the weight, since the real problem would be getting blood to move smoothly through the body. Those people who were freakishly tall, didn't have a heart big enough or strong enough to efficiently pump blood.
