I don't understand people's attitudes. My dog got out once, and I felt terrible. My dog didn't hurt another dog but he ran into my neighbour's yard and all I kept saying was "I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry".
The incredible poor attitude of people who don't care at all about their responsibility as a dog owner baffles me. I think you should have to take an attitude test to get a dog. Accidents happen, but being remorseful and upset is what prevents it from happening over and over. I have a feeling this defendant allows her dog to run free often.

defendant is going to end up losing her dog. Dog clearly has not been trained properly and the defendant is on notice. She has NO cause for any attitude. Defendant is totally in the wrong and has serious anger management issues if she is up on attempted strangulation charges. Neighbors beware!

It’s obvious just by looking at the defendant, she has a serious attitude problem. I am soooo glad the plaintiff won. It’s just too bad she didn’t get more. We all know she was fuming when she walked out of court and faking the I’m happy crap she gave Doug. Hopefully she learned her lesson and feels as stupid as she looked on national television for assuring the plaintiff she wouldn’t get a penny from her. I love it 😂😂😂😂

Why does the judge have a problem understanding that the dog got a hold of the sweater and not the little dog's skin? Seems perfectly clear what plaintiff is saying. Dog sank teeth into sweater and tore it!
Glad she got the money but did she ever see it?

Some people shouldn't wear leggings. Just sayin'!
Plaintiff has no clue how to tell her story.
I love what JM said, "We don't punish the dog for being a dog, we punish the human for not controlling the dog." Any dog can be provoked.
I hate it when someone says, I seen. Like fingernails on a chalkboard. So ignorant. The defendant is a bit scary.
