I think instead of showing the dual aspect of nature here the poet has written these lines for someone eho he feels is an enemy or opposition to him. So the first line goes for his opponent and next for himself.
Its like agar tum sher ho to mein sawasher hun type poem likha gaya hai

Not enemy but may be he is referring to an opposite personality. Duality means pair . Pair of opposites. So ultimately you are also refering to duality only.

Here knife of the sun refers to sunrays . Basket of oranges refers to the sun itself.
A lot of oranges refers to unity and cutting it can refer to division or separation.

Water's mouth might be considered as the mouth from where the water comes out it might be (the brink of a waterfall, or anything that symbolises running water)
While the moss symbolises motionless and constant (ponds or lakes)
