Zimbabwe could have been a really developed nation with good leadership but it's a shame how things have been since independence. Beautiful land with visionless leaders.
Zimbabwe is very organized. I wonder if there are strict laws people should adhere to when it comes to construction. There is a commendable distance from the road

The homes are nice no doubt but considering how rich most people in these areas are they can do much better the designs and lay out is a little boring...nice content though
How come we are not incorporating some pedestrian sidewalks and bike lanes on the roads. This is one major thing lacking in these new developments. Come on guys

Thank you for featuring the area, we developed that in 2008. I am also in awe at the magnificence of the structures that people went on to build.
Wow awesome. As people continue to develop we will do an updated video
i can imagine if these areas had tarred roads💥💥
As Zimbabweans, it's time to ditch solid walls when building a hse. They are an eyesore and they hide the beauty of the hse.
Its for security reasons..

Yooo my house is the one at 10:40
What's the size of these stands in this area please 🙏
From 2000 sqm to almost an acre
Those roads make it look like a village in the 1950s
No it doesn't. The West has taught you to scorn the natural beauty of the country.
Useless comment! If they were so into natural beauty, they wouldn't have built those massive houses in the first place.

rods drainage system not good ZESA LINES must be underground it gives those houses a lot of value anywhere houses are good
Not good for area security! Not sure what the idea for this is as the properties are already owned and not for sale as a development.
