How I Catch Live Bait for Kayak Fishing - Destin Florida Fishing. I made this video for people that are just getting started in saltwater fishing. One of the things that took me the longest to figure out how to do it was catching bait. I didnt want to spend big bucks right when i started on a cast net so ifigured out a more economical way to catch baitfish to use while kayak fishing. It's been my experience that croakers seem to prefer a soft bottom, and pinfish rocks and hard bottoms...And catching bait is a heck of a lot of fun! Great job brother!!!👊💪👍

You might try one of the bridges that are closer to the pass for sheepshead.

There are some spots on choctawhatchee bay I believe but in this cold weather they will be feet underground.
