- few new blocks
- 3 new mobs, but one of them was promised in 1.17, one of them is almost completely useless (allay was good in concept, but they fricked up) and a frog.
- 2 new biomes. Should I remind how many biomes were added in 1.18?
- 5 new items (except spawn eggs)
- new wood type. 1.16 added 2 wood types.
- the biggest structure in the whole game. Ok, but this structure is useless (since both the compass and the music disc are useless), and it is incredibly difficult to find it.
- They also haven’t added sacks, improved birch biome and fireflies.
What's wild in this update? Swamps?
Actually look on the bright side:
- new sculk which is very aesthetic and sculk sensors which are good for traps and redstone
- new wood type which is probably the best type
- added the warden which has flipped the complexity of Minecraft as a game on its head and has given the game more variety, but also produced more strategy when going through ancient cities
- Added allay’s which have changed redstone, meaning we can sort unstackable items and have a non heavy redstone sorting system
- added frogs which can produce a very new and different light source which is cool and makes swamps feel less abandoned
- goat horns for pranking
- recovery compass is good for survival but not hardcore
- the new disc reveals a lot of lore behind Minecraft
- ancient cities provide god tier loot with God apples and very good leggings plus potions
- ancient cities are obviously hard to find but makes it more worthwhile and makes you feel more accomplished when you find them (same for mangrove)
1.18 was a wild update part II and that mainly focused on generation and caves but ofc 1.19 has focused on warden more and have done a good job in terms of making people not want to fight it and stay away from it, and when you compare it to the original ideas of the warden it is a n amazing improvement
- 1.19 had its lows with not adding fireflies and other stuff but was also pretty good and they ( Mojang) are learning from the mistakes meaning we will have better quality snapshots and updates in the future

- the thing about wood type is absolutely subjective

- allay is a good mob in concept (I was voting for him btw), but the realization is pure bullshit. There’s no possible way to make a sorting machine because of disconnecting the alley from the note block after 30 seconds passing.
- should I remind that the light source is produced by eating a magma cube? It means that you should spend hours trying to put frog in fortress/basalt deltas.
- horns are a good stuff, no doubts. The stupid thing is that they removed copper horns.
- recovery compass is useless since the XYZ exists. In fact, it would be fair to remove access to the f3 key without cheats
- the new disc reveals almost nothing.
- you can find enchanted golden apples in a damn desert temple. The only thing that is actually interesting is a new enchantment. But it still not worth seeking for 3000-5000 blocks while being underground.
But to be fair it can be justified why 1.18 was a low quality update. They recently posted a two trailers: one with a completely new game, and one with connection between Java and bedrock I guess (I really don’t know what was the second trailer for cuz English isn’t my native language and I could hardly understand the meaning). They were working on some different projects while making a new update.

Tbh overall I feel that the warden was produced very well and even though we’ve had to wait 1 &1/2 years it’s still pretty good, there is a way of making the sorting machine with allay Mumbo jumbo made a video on it and ig magma cubes are a bit frustrating but it depends on nether spawn, also recovery compass is good for bedrock bc no f3, plus I found 8 enchanted golden apples in one ancient city when I explored one so that’s more than searching like 100+ desert temples, the new enchantment is good and also temples on average spawn 1000 blocks away not 3000 which is mangrove swamp, also have you actually listened to the new music disc? If not listen to it and watch someone like game theory analyse it bc it does reveal a lot more than you think
We should be grateful for the fact we get updates. Many great games get no updates in years.
@@filipnovotny4918 that’s a different thing. Some devs don’t promise updates, so we don’t spend time waiting them. Mojang do promise updates, so it’s like their duty + they have to make them support the salesability of the game.

For those of who don't know, Bedrock has higher render distance than Java and has better performance.

I dont get the wither in bedrock edition meme, its not that hard to kill. ( I did it once, never got enough witherskull to summon it again )

the joke is that in Bedrock, the Wither can go through blocks and it's skull can. in Java, it can't do either.

I dont see a diffrence between bedrock wither and java wither
@@tariqalnasser4146 the Java one has 50% less health than bedrock and like in other replies Java cannot break blocks but bedrock can. Like it makes a cave around it. If anyone is brave enough they can use the bedrocks cave making feature to make a great strip mine.

And i think its not too diffcult to kill wither in bedrock
You will just need a bow and an stack of arrows and stone tools
Bats should drop something that can be used as an ingredient for a thing like Potion of Stealth or something to make it harder for you to be detected by the Warden.
