Sir a small doubt,
I'm a B.Tech graduated 2018 passed out and I'm practicing these design softwares for 2 years and my biggest concern is i don't know the process of how companies recruit design engineers. Out of your knowledge could you please share how this process works? I've tried naukri and shine all those online job portals none of that helped me. All the softwares i learned from youtube only i haven't gone to any institution. Is there any process and methods like we have to join the institution to grab a job in design field? Or can i get placed with my own skill in Good companies. Please solve my doubt sir.

Yess there are many institutes that are linked with some small scale industry companies that will get a job for students.. and there are companies that not only looking for software knowledge.. they are also looking for technical knowledge.. it's better to join institute who give technical knowledge and software knowledge to get job..
Please don't ask me the institute names.. because I don't refer anyone.
