- I don't talk about this often in the workplace but my biggest passions in life are my faith and my family, followed by my work. So this video was an attempt to combine all 3 of those passions.
My hope is that even those who don't share my beliefs will find this video inspiring and uplifting.

Script written by my talented wife Lexi Walbeck. I was stuck on this edit trying to figure out how to present the mountain of footage I captured while in Thailand, and so I had my wife write a script that helped me create this video.

Gorgeous as always mate, might I recommend instead of the text on screen have a soft voice over, I found myself searching for the text and missing what was on screen, just a suggestion, the footage is gorgeous and the music fits perfectly

He's not pushing his belief on you like he's preaching in church. He's just showing his belief and love for his faith and love for his family through his own creative vision. This video is spectacular and should be looked upon as a piece of artwork. Something we can all appreciate.

Man, PW is one of my greatest inspirations for video and this is proof as to why he deserves the recognition! Truly a work of art. I just wish, since he referenced the scripture, that it would not have been so "watered down" to please our culture today. This is a passage from Christianity, but gets twisted by many to believe we are "Gods" (for example, Mormonism). Psalm 82:6 AND 7 says, "You are gods (little g); You are all sons of the Most High, but you will die like mere mortals; you will fall like every other ruler. This passage talks about God's judgement on the Earth especially to those who think they are gods. Parker will probably never read this, and he's famous so I totally understand, but I figured why not defend my faith even if it has to be against this totally awesome guy who I completely love and respect! If Parker did read this, I would say, you're a true inspiration in the video industry however for your eternity trust in Jesus and not Mormonism my friend. Stop living a works based life of Mormonism and live under the grace of God. Ephesians 2:9 says "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God- not by works, so that no one can boast."

However while I do admire you're courage to share your faith, as I know its not easy myself to do so, I do have a problem with the way you presented it in the verse. Maybe I'm wrong, but from what I've read, you took Psalm 82:6 out of context.
If we read the context of psalm 82 it says :
"Rescue the Weak and Needy
A Psalm of Asaph.
82 God has taken his place in the divine council;
in the midst of the gods he holds judgment:
2 “How long will you judge unjustly
and show partiality to the wicked? Selah
3 Give justice to the weak and the fatherless;
maintain the right of the afflicted and the destitute.
4 Rescue the weak and the needy;
deliver them from the hand of the wicked.”
5 They have neither knowledge nor understanding,
they walk about in darkness;
all the foundations of the earth are shaken.
6 I said, “You are gods,
sons of the Most High, all of you;
7 nevertheless, like men you shall die,
and fall like any prince.”[a]
8 Arise, O God, judge the earth;
for you shall inherit all the nations!
When reading the others verses we can see that what he's saying in verse 6 "you are gods....." is actually not a good thing or saying that we are gods. I'm not sure what your purpose of using that verse was; the only thing I could guess is because mormons believe they are gods, but this verse isn't saying that (little g in gods). And even if it was saying that, its not in a good way. Its not saying rejoice and shout for you are gods, or about celebration. These human leaders are corrupt sinners (a.k.a. humans) whom the nations or their citizens might see as gods (as Rome did), but these men who are seen as gods are nothing compared to Him. Only God can judge the earth. Its about God judging rulers and commanding them to not show partiality but to take care of the weak, and that at the end of the day God will judge all (even the kings and rulers of the earth).
Again love your work and have always been a huge fan. I just think we have to be careful to make sure we don't just take one verse that sounds great on its own.
Parker, you have done something that is very difficult for a lot of people to do and I admire you more for that. Thank God for the courage you have to share your faith with the whole world in a very beautiful and creative way (showing that we can be like our Heavenly Father as creators - little gods). Good work, always.
Scripture maybe out of context sometimes, but the gospel is only one.
No, we do not have the potential to become like God. There's only one God , Jesus Christ, who walked the earth as a man, and died for my sins and yours.
Sure, he calls us to have a deep meaningful relationship and we will one day walk side by side, but that's only because of his Grace and Mercy. #TheOnlyGospel
