Personally owned cop cars shouldn’t be a thing there should be specific cars for specific things. Off-road etc not every type of vehicle that’s insane in every strat
at the end of the day at least they aren't pulling out air one every fucking chase the parallels are annoying but they got some skill with it

Cop cars are wild. Who thought they were balanced? Its really unfortunate that people HAVE to use the same exact "META" vehicles to even have a chance of escaping.
They know the majority of cops are bad at driving so their solution was to buff the hell outta their cars to decrease the amount of skill needed

CG start stealing turbos and catching cops lacking, patched, CG found a badass Camaro to lock pick, patched, CG figure out cool new shit to do with rally trucks, “Time for us to make our unstoppable SUV’s also rally trucks!”. Its literally a stock vehicle so not really hot wheels doesnt have top speed only good on dirt and reversing over rails. Cops on the other hand have sup'd up theirs cars to be terminators at everything while chasing one local car and they still suck majority of the time lmao
