Hi Aditya, you can get admission to MEM(without co-op) even with 2 years of experience but it is beneficial only if you have prior management experience. Otherwise, you will be getting into jobs you have previous experience in. It is advantageous for people with min 4-5 years of experience and who are looking to go into the management side of previous work. For freshers or less experienced, MBA is highly recommended by us for starting your career in management. Another thing is- if you are less experienced and wanna go for MEM then prefer to take a co-op option that has the possibility to give you a start in Management.

If you have more years of technical experience in mechanical like 5-6 years, then you can do any one of them. The number of years of previous experience and the industry you are experienced in plays a huge role here. For a fresher, we would definitely recommend Meng in Mechanical.
