Abbie is so sweet, she always wants to give you the best bite, the best food, the best care. I think if you can find someone that cares to give you more than they give to themselves you are very lucky. My late husband was like that and I will never stop missing him.

@@Milla-yb5eq I don't mind. My husband died of a heart attack one year ago on July 30. He came in from running errands, sat down and said, "I've never felt this bad", then slumped over and died. The emts and docs at the hospital were never able to revive him. Although I do know CPR, I am now in a wheelchair and couldn't help him. I have relied on my faith to get through the worst year of my life and even though I miss my sweetheart every day, I am actually doing okay. Blessings and thanks for asking.

I also work in a vet clinic (assistant/technician student), and it is so true what your tech said. You can have the most amazing dog-- that doesn't mean the dog is just going to take it when I have to take a temperature, or inject something, or take blood or samples from something painful-- and it's so much more humane to train your dog to tolerate the muzzle than have them struggle to wear one when they're in a situation that they might require one.
I had a chihuahua when I was younger (I got her for my 14th bday, and when I was old enough to drive I took her for her vet appointments). Because she was a chihuahua, they had always asked if I was okay having her muzzled when they examined her...I was completely fine with it. She was generally a friendly dog for a chihuahua, but she was still a chihuahua, you know?
Any food Abbie ever makes looks so delicious!!! She needs a cooking channel.

I loved your bit at the end about the vet. I’m a vet tech and I can’t tell you how many times people get mad at us for muzzling as a precaution. I got beat up so much just yesterday, and got bit (not bad), and had clients say “oh no, he doesn’t need a muzzle” I wish more people had this mindset. Thank you.
I know Abbie is hesitant with the internet world but I hope she knows she is so appreciated. We love that she makes you so happy and she seems so happy too.

I have a pug with allergic skin disease and he goes once a month for a Cytopoint injection and it has been a life saver for him. He’s so happy and not itchy anymore!

I love pitties. I have two myself. One is 10 and the other just turned 2. My youngest came from a hoarding situation, and she has allergies as well. She was on apoquel for a long time, come to find out that causes more issues down the road. So now she's on a shot every 2 to 3 months. But hippos are the best!
What happened to your pup on apoquel? Mine has been recommended it! We’ve used it a handful of times but never for long term.
@@1412rsm Its just not good to have them on for long time. It reduces their immune system and they are more susceptible to getting cancers and stuff like that.

Ask your vet about Apoquel! It works like MAGIC for my dog. She’s allergic to everything and had lost Soo much hair and tried so many other steroids and antihistamines and nothing worked. But apoquel immediately helped keep her from feeling so itchy and her skin healed up and her hair all grew back! And it still works wonders to this day (she’s been on it like 7-8 years?)
When you sneezed I automatically said “God bless you” (which honestly I thought my family were the only people who added the God 😅 lol) and then when you said aren’t you going to say it, in my head I was like I did… apparently I’m lonely hahaha

Had to take my aunt to the ER cause her big dog bit her when he was getting his paw checked by a vet. The vet said he didn’t need the muzzle even tho my aunt brought one. She had crazy stitches put in but luckily both my aunt and her doggo are okay!

Highly recommend asking about Cytopoint injections for Snoop! Instead of daily medicine you can get a shot every 4-8 weeks! Or a more budget friendly option is a Zyrtec or Claritin once daily…That’s what my pittie gets!
My pug gets Cytopoint injections monthly due to allergies and he’s so happy and not itchy! 100% recommend.

Ask about apoquel for Snoop. My pittie is allergic to grass 🤦♀️ so he takes it every day and hasn’t had any allergy issues for over 3 years now
doggie allergy shots and alergy testing saved my pittie lives. It made there skin clear and not smelling any more really talk to your vet about it
What were the allergy shots?
@@janemh5866 well it depends you can do a broad spectrum shot which may help, or you can do allergy testing in which case the shot will be specific for what you dog is allergic too. The shots are a immunotherapy that are allergen-specific called cytopoint, but it depends on your dog and the reaction. We done a lot of different ones before doing both cytopoint and specific shots for my dogs. I hope that helps.

Not me chilling here watching Rachel play with her pets pop a ball while my crested gecko is on the couch with me and my phone chilling. I’m her with both my crested geckos and my bunny playing with my sister on the floor. I love when Rachel plays with her animals on camera!
Omg I love crested geckos. One day I will have one but not any time soon. We're not only in the process of trying to find a place to live but also our dog is going to have puppy's soon and once we have a place to live we're getting our cat back from my parents friend. Plus I want to get a plant and maybe if my mom allows it a 5 gallon or under fish tank. So a lot happening very fast. One day I'll have a crested gecko though it will happen I'm manifesting it
@@Grape08 aww I hope your dog does ok with having the puppies! I hope you will one day get a crested gecko of your dreams, I have two. Ones name is Tiger and she is about 5 years old and the other ones name is Pickles and she is about a year old. They are both girls and are my absolute besties(I love my bunny very much too)! They both live in a 20 gallon gecko cage kind of what Rachel has with the Chameleon. Honestly they could both chill for hours on me!

Thanks for the well wishes! I need it I've had a tiny bit of anxiety off and on about Roxanne having the puppys but I'm not as stressed as I was in the beginning. No it wasn't planned and we defiantly didn't want it to happen but nothing we can do but care for and the puppies :) sounds like your crested geckos are in great care! Done tons of research and watched tons of videos seem like you have the basics down!
@@Grape08 aww well I hope the puppies are going to be as happy as possible! I have been researching crested geckos for years and have fallen in love with them. I do have to say though that they love to try to jump on things that are bright like computers, book lights, and almost anything shiny!

I've fallen in love with crested geckos as soon as I started researching them! I always get excited to see them when we go to pet shops to get our dog food/treats/toys. There just so stunning! Good to know they like to jump on anything shiny! I appreciate the well wishes on Roxanne. She is going to have puppys that will be jack russel pitbull (mom) and the dad is Rottweiler. So the puppys will be Jack russel pitbull and Rottweiler all in one! Definitely excited to see how they look

Monthly cytopoint injections for snoop!
If the vet prescribes claritin or Zyrtec for Snoop, I don’t recommend it. My vet prescribed it for my dogs allergies and he starting having blood in his urine after like a month and it can cause bladder and kidney issues.
I agree, my vet diagnosed my pug with allergic skin disease and he gets a monthly injection of Cytopoint for his allergies and he’s so happy and not itchy!
See if people with “bully breed” dogs or dogs that show aggression when stressed could just put muzzles on their dogs we would have no bad stereotypes around pit bulls all dogs are friendly till they aren’t and I’m giving you a 10/10 on being precautionary and training him at a young age Snoop is the cutest

On the note of Joy needing a new car maybe you can get her a Used car there a bit cheaper on top of looking into getting a sponsor on your main channel. The combo of the two maybe the easiest way to get her a car with no payments. Another option is same thing with sponsor and used but you help her with the down payment and she just has payments to deal with.

@@Mladeksgrl24 agree, my wheelchair service gave me a power chair, when it arrived it wouldn't go through my door. They refused to fund a manual wheelchair til I needed a new wheelchair. I've now been housebound for 7 years, only leave in an ambulance to go to the hospital. Never thought to beg strangers for help, everyone has something.
