    It looks like when you manually entered HON into the aircraft, you had a couple of 3000+ nm legs to and from HON?

      You are absolutely correct 😨 I'll pin this message and make a correction here

      The SWB seems to be the issue n fact, the FMS has auto entered the incorrect SWB waypoint.
      I'll aim to make an amendment video.

      @@Huddison Old habits die hard! I spent 5 years flying F15E’s at RAFL, so always on the lookout for Nav errors when flying so near the prime meridian. W001 is a much different place than E001! 😂. Awesome TH-cam channel BTW!

      I really appreciate that you spotted the error :)

      Thankfully there's an easy fix for it - should make for quite an interesting video.

    Great video with lots of useful info.
    Question: I generally fly GA aircraft (usually Cirrus SR22) and use LittleNavmap which I find ideal for my flying as a flight plan prepared in LNM can be automatically loaded into whatever MSFS plane I'm flying. Have you ever used it?
    Second question (slightly off topic): Since the last update (when Asobo corrected the SR22 strobes to illuminate) I now find that the digital panels are switched off! Has anybody else experienced this and what is the workaround to get them going. I've tried all things but can't get them to work.

      I've not as yet properly explored Little Nav Map; but lots of good things about it.

    Awesome guide Jim but hope you can help me here a little with a new guide. I tried the A320 Neo from Heathrow to Liverpool and managed to select everything okay with a STAR arrival into Liverpool. The plane followed the plan perfectly up until the KEGUN waypoint at 7000ft then immediately turned for the runway without doing the STAR approach as entered into the FMS and clearly showing in green on the display to follow.Also struggling with the FMS and using the full managed mode for the waypoints speed Altitude etc even though the dots are all showing on the panel and in managed mode. A guide for this would be awesome pal as pulling my hair out with it all buddy.

      I don't really fly the default A320 Neo, but I know some do in the Discord - ask in there & I'm sure someone will be able to help.

    You put in a fight plan. But once you get the plane up into the air, will the plane automatically change directions for each waypoint that you have? I just don’t understand that.

    • @Huddison
      @Huddison  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Essentially yes: some aircraft even let you see the route on a screen & you can see how each waypoint connects to the other.
      Quite similar to a route you would plot on the World Map; with airliners though, you just input the name of each waypoint (typically) into the FMS computer.

    Will that tablet appear in the Xbox versions of flight sim?

    • @Huddison
      @Huddison  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The tablet may, but I don't think it will allow you to link to Simbrief or Navigraph on the Xbox (as of yet).

      @@Huddison how do I get it to show up, do I need to buy a certain plane or add on in the store?

      @@josephlemons The Fexix A320 and the 146 Professional have it. Maybe one or 2 other aircraft too.

    Great vid thx but the game is so glitchy it’s a waste of time. Nothing better than making a 5hr flight for it to crash as ur plane touches down
