If 1 tooth need to anesthesized than local infiltration and if more than 1 tooth than nerve block

You can give infraorbital for incisors to canine or upto 1st premolar

Even in abcess cases you have to do proper bmp and leave for some day then obturate .. you can use calcium hydroxide if you want to take more time for obturation
