EP3. Dissolving emotion and living in the present

In this episode Barry Long explains the fundamental principle that you can use to dissolve emotion without going into the memory or past to try to find the origin. He follows this with a deep, guided descent into the stillness and silence of ‘Me’, the one place within every single body that is free of emotion.
"I, my attention am descending every second into 'me', there is no end to the depths of me. It becomes more silent, more still, more real in it’s absence of any-thing.
If I go deep enough into this stillness and silence inside of me I reach a place that is called GOD. I will have no doubt when I reach that place, but before I reach it nobody can ever describe what it is. But this is where that God, that so many have tried to find, this is where it is."
