Nice to see Zetterlund hit the 20 goal mark. I feel really bad for Cooley who was trying to get his first career win in front of all his friends and family. Chicago now has 5 more points than the sharks with 12 games left on the schedule. We'll see how this ends.

I have a question for hockey experts. Why when you have a delayed penalty against you would you not just try and touch the puck as quick as possible? If as soon as u touch the puck the play ends then surely all you are doing is basically giving them extra power play time? It’s not like the delayed penalty time gets removed from the power play, no matter how long or short the the delayed penalty time is the power play still be 2 minutes right? So why not just touch the puck asap to get straight to the penalty?
The goal IS to touch the puck as soon as possible but it can be pretty tough to get possession of the puck

On top of just touching the puck, you are required to have full possession. So on a delayed penalty you still need to play it like a penalty.

Hawks did pretty good for the refs screwing them over at least 3 times. No check to the head so what was that random call. Blowing the play dead cause it was covered when we had it on our stick. And a blatant non tripping call.
