Ingredients we need
whole wheat flour 1 cup
maida 1 cup
green chili 1
potato (boiled) 4( 400 gm)
Onion 1
coriander powder 1 teaspoon
black salt 1/2teaspoon
dry mango powder (1 teaspoon)/chat masala/lemon juice
red chilli powder as per requirement
carom seeds (ajwine) 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves 1 cup
red chili flakes (course grounded dry chili)
salt as per taste
oil 4 table spoon
ghee as per requirement
