Funny enough I made a blood manipulation OC a year ago, some ideas were used in the video

Innate Technique:
True Blood Manipulation (unaffected by other liquids, Turns cursed energy into blood to manipulate)
Techniques:
Hemorrhage - Upon contact blood vessels in effected area will burst
Blood Possession - User Infuses opponent with manipulatable blood
Anemia - After using BP the victim is paralyzed temporarily
Clot - After using BP Coagulation occurs killing most victims in seconds
Convergence - Compresses and condenses the blood to its limit
Black Blade - Uses Convergence to form a dense sword
Flowing Chains - Creates dense small whips that are connected like a ring around the fingers.
Piercing Blood - After using Convergence, the user fires a long ranged beam of blood with extreme flesh piercing capabilities.
Supernova - After using Convergence to create multiple small orbs of blood, the user has the orbs shoot out in every direction like a buckshot.
Hypernova - after using Convergence to create multiple small orbs of blood and then using maximum amounts of cursed energy to form them into a huge exploding orb.
Flowing Red Scale - Increases the user's body temperature, pulse rate, and the number of red blood cells to give themselves greatly increased energy and physical capabilities

(All cursed techniques are nullified)
A high tier blood manipulation technique should be the ability to force a blood transfusion on an opponent and then kill them from the inside out
It could work like changing blood into gas or something similiar and than destroy target s lungs with this technique
As a domain expansion that would be perfect, as a general high class ability though it's a bit OP, but then again a lot of techniques are OP LOL

@Fortnitekid5568 in my headcanon, a master sorcerer of the blood technique can use their curse energy(or perhaps reverse curse energy) to cause and guide their blood aka red blood cells to replicate to extraordinary levels so that the user may never run out of blood.
@@angelm365 well having them replicate to a extent where the user never runs out maybe is a bit to much but the user can probably have their red blood cells replicate to a extent where it would take a lot longer for them to run out excluding rct btw cause when you add rct it depends on the user’s reserves of energy as rct while active does make it so the user never runs out
Realistically for Kamo to max blood manipulation out he would need to first gain RCT which is nearly impossible in the first place and then increase his RCT output and efficiency to heights comparable to that of Satoru Gojo or Ryomen Sukuna which is even more unlikely,That or he could self delete himself without using Jujutsu in hopes of coming back as a vengeful cursed spirit to enjoy the same benefits that Choso does this plan obviously has issues
The weakness of blood loss is simply too great,Yes learning to reabsorb the blood could be a viable alternative but even that would have SERIOUS long term flaws for him he could catch a serious disease which would make it so he never reaches the heights of the technique,At the end of the day blood manipulation without a massive supply of blood is like the limitless without the six eyes or the ten shadows without the shadows it may have uses but those uses are very limited and have a low potential ceiling,The ‘bag’ option is also terrible
One way this could be believably achieved is with a binding vow maybe he exchanges his ability to cast a domain one of his senses or something else for insane regenerative capabilities and RCT efficiency
And speaking of serious diseases Kamo could get a sample of his blood and infect it with just the worst diseases you can think of and launch it at his opponents like a biological weapon ensuring that if he doesn’t win the fight he atleast made sure the rest of their life won’t be fun
Another thing Kamo could do is gain a new understanding of his technique,Read,watch and look at everything that involves blood in the same way Mahito did with the soul,Figure out how blood can be used it’s properties,I think the second biggest weakness is users are told from birth they can only control THEIR blood if you instead teach them that all blood is on the menu then maybe they could control all blood that’s how techniques work in this series your own understanding of it impacts the technique
If you could eliminate those two weaknesses a blood manipulation user would be genuinely unstoppable and truly deserving of being in the big 3 families not only would they have an endless supply of blood with RCT but they could also control yours maybe being able to pop you like a balloon
Agreed. Like as much as I want Kamo to be able to achieve what I said is possible in the vid, Kamo’s not going to be able to hard stop.
Though I didn’t think about the possibility that being limited to only controlling blood in your own body is a limit on the view rather then the cursed technique capabilities.

I 100% agree there are some characters with amazing techniques and abilities that simply will never be able to fulfill their potential like Kamo this is due to mindset,innate ability and opportunity,Take Jogo for example,Do you know how many things his technique could do? Blood Plasma lasers,Poisonous gas,even nuclear reactions could be achieved with his technique (don’t ask me about the nuclear part my friend explained it to me and I barely understood it involves hear of like 50 million degrees).But because Jogo doesn’t know these things are possible he’ll never be able to do them he also doesn’t really want to grow massively stronger obviously this stunts his growth Sukuna even pointed this fact out,Jogo was going to rely on Sukuna to end humanity instead of becoming strong enough to do it himself which is in my mind a terrible mindset to have.
I think the way Gege set up the powersystem is amazing even when the technique is inherited your understanding of it can change it entirely.
I also have a question for you,What do you think of binding vows like giving up a technique for increased physical stats or giving up the possibility of black flash for much better RCT do you think they are even possible? or do you think have we never seen one like this because the trade off simply isn’t worth it?
@@mrducky.. Gege has made such a beautiful power system that is so open to interpretation that I absolutely love it. One of my most recent favorite ones, especially with how much things like pre-existing knowledge matter as well as perspective
I feel characters in general under utilize binding vows cause the risk is to great for them to make more risky ones and the traditional path to power is already open to them. However I do see giving up the possibility of black flash or a technique for much better stats as not just possible but more then worth the buff tbh
@@TheEternalFlame57 I know it sounds like I’m fan-girling but I genuinely believe Gege has made a better powersystem then Nen,It’s the perfect balance of strict and flexible whilst having enough aspects to be considered complex and ask but not too much that you can never truly understand it.
I also agree with you again binding vows are ridiculously underused and undervalued by sorcerers you could maybe incorporate an item into a vow like “when I wear this ring my cursed energy reserves,output and reinforcements get an amp of 10x but when I am not wearing it/it somehow gets destroyed I lose all cursed energy and can make no further vows to regain it” the risk is massive but the reward is aswell and considering that a 2x amp let’s you completely beat the breaks off of someone you were relative too moments before I think it would be worth it,But on the note of giving up black flash could you imagine if Yuji made some sort of vow that increased the probability of a black flash landing to close to 100% which is the direction I thought Gege was gonna bring Yuji before the arm and technique thingy maybe “Every cell of my body is in constant agonising pain 100x worse than childbirth but in exchange the probability of me landing a black flash is 100% regardless of the circumstances” and thinking of that vow (if it would work in the first place) Yuji’s own perception of childbirth would determine the pain he is in if he thinks it like getting stung by a bee then it would only be 10x worse than a bee sting
I know I’m probably getting annoying at this point but I have another question which I’ve been thinking of do you think every technique has a reversal like Comedian would obviously be bringing unfunny things into reality which would make Takaba a different kinda of overpowered,Projection sorcery I can kinda see one rewinding your last 24 movements maybe Sukuna’s fuses things together but like what would blood manipulations be?,What would the ten shadows be? Would curse manipulations be harmful to the user?,Could say Uro,Nanami or even Yuta ever gain a reversal to their technique or are they just cursed to never get one or better yet could their understanding of their own technique impact if they can get one like could Geto think ‘well the opposite to curses is humans so my reversal could control humans’ or could Mahito just think ‘Well I’m pretty much unaffected as the opposite to the soul is the body so now I just control the body’ hell if Gojo understood his technique differently could red and purple have even existed
Nah, you’re not getting annoying. I find having conversations like this really fun cause it lets me know what people are thinking and their thought process so I find it interesting.
However I do believe every technique in theory has a reversal, it’s just a matter of figuring out what it would be and if it’s possible to achieve. Which all leads to how creatives a person like the reversal you came up with for Comedian
For Attack:
-As soon as you wound your opponent, mix your blood with theirs and make your blood oscillate and rotate while going through their blood stream, piercing their veins from the inside.
Think of it as a each of your cells going forward and backwards really fast and they spin, while following your opponents blood stream.
-When hitting the right side of your oppents body: just give your opponent a stroke. You can aim for a non-vital area like their leg, anything on the right goes to their head faster.
-When on the left side: Thicken the blood inside them, making them lose their leg or blood supply to a kidney,
-A stomach hit will cause both legs to go, and both kidneys, as the main artery from the heart comes from there, and a shoulder hit will cause arm loss.
For Defense:
-When damaged by opponent let your blood leak around the wound, harden it. When your opponent is close move that blood to them, rapidly. This should be possible while charging another attack, as your cursed technique is infused in the brain and the brain can have 3-4 techniques. Meaning you should be able to keep 3-4 attacks going at once with 1 technique.
-If you can learn to passivly control blood manipulation then you can slowly leak blood through a small prick over weeks or months, growing armor on your skin. You should be able to move this to a teammate and if you get a Shikigami it could potentially protect that teammate with your technique while you attack. It's essentially a free blood-mech suit every couple months.
For Speed:
-Make your blood pump faster or produce more mitochondria, giving you more stamina.
-Move yourself telekinetically with the blood. If Magneto can do it, so can you! This could give flight or just a small speed amp.
-Make a wall of blood on the back of your body that pushes you forward. If you can do the full skin armor thing then just move yourself freely in 3 dimensions.
It would be cool if they could create shikigami from their blood and blow them up. Imagine a supernova but hundreds of small shikigami
I think a full body exoskeleton suit made of blood should be a high tier blood manipulation technique
I have actually been questioning why blood manipulation is prized and is thought to be on par with Limitless+6Es and 10ST, but this video actually gives me ideas on how it can actually be utilised with binding vows and shikigami so let me put in some ideas.
I am thinking that Kamo would have a shikigami that can: Convert CE into blood for Kamo which is Kamo's able to manipulate. The shikigami is able to shoot long range attacks with this blood (Piercing blood, convergence, machine gun blood etc), machine gun, and is capable of fighting with user. Thanks to a commenter, the shikigami can be a combination of a bat and a mosquito. This guy alone without using the IT, he is able to fly and is very agile, use sonar to detect other people, suck blood out of people and possibly convert is to Kamo's CE.
For Stack, the 8 Gates idea is awesome. I am thinking that it would be 3 levels. First Level has been shown with Choso during his fight with Yuji. Kamo is able to make warm heat from himself so nothing to different other than his strength. 2nd Level is base Yuta during fight with Yuji in Shibuya. He know exudes more intense heat that is painful to be near by. Level 3 is physical capabilities on par with Satoru Gojo. This makes his heat on par with Jogo but not on his level. A binding vow for this is that for each level, the length you use this technique, you will experience physical pain for that time being. For example level 3 has a level 10 pain can go on for a week while level 1 pain can be a level 2 pain that can go on for a day.
So yea. thats my take lol
I saw a reddit that said the true potential of blood manipulation is share his abilities to others similar to the death womb painting but the condition being that the ability can be shared with only close relatives. This may explain their focus on family ties. Plus i saw the meaning of his name in the fandom, kamo translates to increase or add growth. This could result in a clan of grade one sorcerers who are amped by flowing red scales plus with their innate CT similar to the death womb paintings
What if yujis blood manipulation is poisonous to rct. By getting your blood into your opponent you can disrupt it and unlike normal poisions it can fight against healing. Also maybe by circulating it thru an opponent you can predict thier movement and flow of cursed energy almost like precog. And maybe also create weak spots on an opponent like eight trigrams against charaka system in naruto.
I've always thought that BM could be very op (mainly cuz I'm a sucker of ATLA and how op bloodbending is in that show). So here's my take on it (+ ideas in the comments that I saw) :
1- So obviously there's the general stuff that the user can do like training, landing a black flash, learning RCT (gonna go deeper and that later), studying it's limits ect ect...
2- Then here's the specific stuff. First is having a shikigami, I'm not sure how they work but if you can give it the ability to make blood out of CE it'd be really strong but you could have it automatically make convergence to be able to use supernova or PB quicker, there's a lot you can do.
3- Binding vows are the quickest way to power yourself up and given how versatile BM is there's a lot of Binding vows you can make. For example make one that force you to use convergence ONLY for piercing blood making it stronger, or a very extreme version of the nanami one where can use your CT only for 2h a day. Imagine how strong you'd be condensing 22h of CT usage into 2h and using flowing red scale (there's some numbers I'd like to put here but I need some research). Or making you use just a tiny amount of blood but having it really powerful. There's a lot you can do
4- Blood manipulation has many many uses, you could put you blood in the enemy brain through the nose, lay traps using supernova, combine crimson binding with piercing blood to simulate a sure hit effect without a domain (Kashimo !?), or like one guy said manipulate the electric charge of the blood to shock opponent on contact (Kashimo !?). There's infinite ways to use BM so the more creative you are the better.
5- RCT is op in itself but giving limitless blood is really op. But how does Gojo use red or Kenjaku the gravity technique ? Cursed technique reversal, and since BM allows you to manipulate your blood, was if cursed technique reversal lets you manipulate the blood of others, that would make BM very op. For example you could bypass limitless just by manipulating Gojo's blood. Oh no ! Sukuna's using malevolent shrine ! Wait he's dead of brain damage. obviously you could counter using you ce but it would still be extremely strong.
6- just a simple domain idea, a domain where all the blood is drawn to the center of the domain, simple but very lethal
Nanami can only use 80% of his ce while on normal working hours (8h) and 120% the rest of the time (16h) and assuming the ratio's consistent we can make an equation to know how strong this type of binding vow is which is :
Strength bonus % = (100+%ce lost)×(time restricted/8)
Which would mean that a 22h-2h 100% binding vow (nanami's would be 8h-16h 20%) would give 550% you og ce output. If flowing red scale gives a +10% increase (like irl blood dopping which is law balling imo) you'd get a 5.6× increase. Make you able to sprint at about 108miles/h or punch at around 1400 pounds of force for the average guy

Get some cursed hybrid of Gojo and Kamo: blood manipulation + 6 eyes = full body blood control, every single blood vessel.
I like talking about all the applications of abilities so with the Shikigami idea I came up with 2 ideas for blood manipulation Shikigami that could help with its main weakness
1. A mosquito Shikigami that could perform blood transfusion, giving the user their targets blood to refill their own reserves or transfer their own blood to the opponent so they could control them.
2. A parasite Shikigami that is constantly sucking small amounts of blood from the user and storing it inside its body. This allows for them to have extra blood whenever they need by having the parasite pump it back into their body.
one ability possible for blood manipulation is manipulation of bio-electricity to build up a charge and electrocute a enemy
we haven't seen it in the manga but its more than possible since we have seen thermal manipulation of blood in flowing scale whitch means more abstract manipulation of blood is possible compared to a water bending style of blood manipulation.
if choso risks thrombosis with blood hardening making yourself burning hot would definitely just kill you lmao
I think if a blood manipulation user put a powerful binding vow on themselves. Like they can only use cursed energy for 30 minutes or an hour a day. Then they could gain a powerful regeneration factor that would allow them to regenerate most of the blood they use or all.
New application of blood manipulation would be combining slicing exorcism and crimson binding to create a cage of slicing exocism which will cut the opponent and keeps on contracting to a smaller cage slowy

Blood munipulation is prized for its versatility if you think about it it has the potential to work like yoruzu technique
Blood manipulation allows the user to control their own blood. So, the curse technique reversal could perhaps allow them to control water com outside sources (like a water bender). In JJK, blood manipulation has been used to emphasize family relationships, having them being able to control water would be a play on the “blood being thicker than water” motif.
By combining the normal application of blood manipulation and this theoretical water manipulation, the user could control another person’s body (blood and water).
Ngl i think the full potential of blood manipulation could involve something like Luffys gears or even kaioken from dbz where you can buff and multiply your physical attributes to their max depending on how big your cursed energy pool is, like imagine choso being able multiply flowing red scale x20 or maybe stealing your opponents blood to buff your techniques or heal yourself
I think it would be more like Kenyan Asura when Oma increased his hart rate to increase his speed that would be cool as he could increase not only his speed, reaction time but reflexes as well

i think there is way more applications for blood manipulation that we haven't seen yet. i wouldn't be surprised if a perfected form allows a used to manipulate the blood with in their body. this technique is such and open ended technique that can have so many application.
I think sukuna abilities are based on cooking like cutting vegetables / meat then lighting fire for cooking and maybe water based power for cleaning food etc

I am wondering that if he would have to most op healing ability to heal others as I feel like in avatar if Katara manipulated her own blood and heeled other people like she does with just water it would be more effective. And speaking healing I wonder if a person like naratoshi Kamo who is not a cursed womb can convert his cursed energy into blood becouse of reverse cured techniques so he could constantly regenerate his blood. I wonder who would been more cursed energy a death womb like Choso who can directly covert his cursed energy into blood or a narotoshi who can use RCT to convert his CE into just healing his blood I would say that RCE would be more but if it is just regenerating blood for all we know Choso could just use 3% of his total CE just for a few millimetres of blood and because his is a special grade he has enough energy to do it?

always thought the maximum for blood manipulation would be body swapping but kenjaku prob predates that

Technically Yuji as well...his poison immunity isn't due to Sukuna...most likely due to him being a descendant of Noritoshi Kamo....poison immunity being a secondary benefit of blood manipulation.

Mahito won't live through the third domain since sure hits go through cursed techniques. We saw this with Jogo and Gojo as when Jogo opened his domain he could hit through infinity. So ya if you get caught in the domain you just die.
You do if thé sure hits of the domain is that lethal, domains like gojo and mahito are instant but something like jogo’s or Dagon’s you can defend yourself against only for a little while before you get cooked (unless you have your own domain that’s stronger obviously, or toji and maki)

@@TheEternalFlame57 i really should. Something like that(a special but potentially very rare technique that helps to mitigate the weaknesses of the clan technique) would make a lot of sense. Since you mentioned shikigami maybe they could have experimented with shikigami as well with this clan. Or heck since blood is the most important thing in people wouldn't it be interesting if they had healing techniques involving blood.
I guess there's just a lot the kamo clan could have gotten with it's blood manipulation abilities. Based on a lot of stuff in there world.
@@TheEternalFlame57 one thing i recently thought of was a shikigami that mimics the theory of unohanas bankai taking you into the stomach of minazuki. Another thing i thought of was shikigami that could convert cursed energy and blood into a healing blood(something like soaking the blood in the positive energy used in reverse cursed technique. Cause we know it's possible for shikigami to use it based on mahoraga having access to it) i also think you could go with either animals related to blood,bones,or amorphous blobs andncreatures as a theme for blood based shikigami.
I feel like someone could write a fanfic about a kamo clan member trying to break or test the clans limits. And ends up doing something like making some of these things happen.
Point is i keep coming back to this now constantly thinking about blood manipulation as a whole.
I did think of a fun idea for kamo clan shikigami. I call them bubbles. They're amorphous blobby shikigami that at their smallest are like a visible dot. Almost like a blood cell visible without needing a microscope and at there largest a gaint towering creature that looks like a jellyfish. They primarily are used as tanks of blood as they're made to not only hold it but make small amounts with cursed energy. Multiplying if they get too full. Easier to kill in smaller stages but allot harder in the larger stages. Comes in 3 main variants
White bubble:coverts whatever cursed energy it takes in into positive energy. Makes the blood inside it white as a result of it soaking in positive energy. Taps into healing powers with this blood.
Red bubbles:the most basic of bubble. Carries more blood for you to use kamo clan techniques with. Has extra deep blood storing ability
Black bubbles: these bubbles soak the blood in so much negative energy that it's incredibly acidic and very poisonous. It's become a darker red bordering on pure black.

If you have all three peak users equal stats, I can see it being rock paper scissors. Blood beats shadow, shadow beats infinity, and infinity beats blood. Mahoraga is a special “if” factor that most ten shadows users never master
It doesn't even rival totality, of which when experienced a single time by one of the standard shikigamis ( the wolves) turned them into a special grade level fighter

The user's body would immediately collapse under those conditions cos none of the internal organs would be able to bear it. Whatever damage you intend to afflict on the opponent would first affect you

Has it been confirmed that you can just custom design a shikigami to suit your needs? I thought shikigami were the result of an inherent curse technique
They do not require an innate technique. They are described as similar to that of barrier techniques so anyone can do it, just people with inherent techniques have stronger more complex variants. Like binding vows, Shikigami are extremely under utilized by normal people in JJK

Never been stated or implied that it could be the case nor was it ever shown. Imo, blood manipulation is weak. The only one shown to use it well was Choso and that was cos he could convert CE to blood and could use his brothers blood techniques.
The only remedy to it is the RCT and in order to use it, you need a lot of cursed energy and that is no small hurdle to overcome.
The idea to mix your blood with the opponent's blood is the only addition I'd agree is useful but you'd need precise control and a very open wound to do so.
It would only have been broken if you could control others blood.
The shikigami easy creation is a far reach ngl.
In chapter 12, it is stated that anyone can create simple Shikigami alongside barrier techniques by Gojo. I forgot the panel at the time but it is possible for anyone to create Shikigami. Just more complex ones are linked to the cursed techniques.

He was saying unlike innate techniques that one is born with, using barriers and shikigamis is something that can be learned later. This was after Gojo told yuji that he doesn't have an innate technique. And we all know how difficult barriers are to master cos we had a flashback of Gojo telling yuji (while he was fighting the locust SP) that barrier techniques are difficult and only a very few can use it. And I'm guessing creating shikigamis is just as difficult to use (if not more) cos aside from being born to use shikigamis (like megumi), only Yuki was shown to use a created one(maybe by some1 else made it for her) .
If creating cursed tools isn't so easy just imagine how much more difficult shikigamis who can somewhat act on their own

Also there was the Shikigami user that fought against Geto in the flashback who had created one as well.
Considering it's a learnable skill, it's more likely just more people haven't focused on learning it but focusing on learning it could very much help. The point of this vid like I said is to explore what the maximum capabilities of a blood manipulation user is

Now don't get me wrong, I like your argument and where you're coming from and I wish shikigamis were explored more than what we currently see in the show but so far, it's just so rare that it seems creating one is a feat nearly improbable. Cos if that were the case, many sorcerers would've just been using them with their techniques like Yuki. Imagine nanami with one that does the same thing as his 7:3 when it strikes the opponent instead of him being able to fight only close range.
I don't think gege put much into exploring shikigamis in the show.
I think the peak, unfortunately, for the kamo clan is choso who could convert cursed energy into blood. Unfortunately, it's like the byakugan among the 3 dojutsu; it's just there.

Correct me if I'm wrong but with blood manipulation you cant control blood outside of you body idk if it just a choso thing or if it's not a thing at all but if that's the case then controlling blood outside of your body can be the reversal of the tech. Which could lead to controlling the blood of other people

Blood manipulation in it's normal form is trash, it is still beyond me how it became viable, at least infinity makes sense especially when it can shuffle to come with a 6 eyes and shadows, while also being kinda mid when looking at it power wise, has versatility and the totality ability as a way to reward failure, but blood manipulation is just like some kind of extended whip or gun or whatever but also literally dosent work depending on the weather😂. Thats a seasonal ability oml, can't even take a shower or a bath or swim or the opps gonna be on you, and you still suffer blood loss nevertheless. Like, imagine jogos explosive flies but worse and that's blood manipulation
I think ur not being most fair when ur talking about blood manipulation or 10 shadow. Not all gojo clan members w infinity automatically born with 6 eye only one person can on average a regular person gonna only have blue and infinity barrier that isn’t gonna be automatic. All techniques have weakness and condition, blood manipulation is amazing far mid and close range u can solve blood loss by prepping blood and reused blood already used and rain only stop piercing blood but u still can increase ur stats to beat someone tf up. And 10 shadow mahoraga op asf
@@zdgilgamesh9646 yeah but all the drawbacks for it from just loosing blood, and even if you can prep blood, really only modern tech made that real viable. Literally dosent work around water and you are required to master it's non main fighting style to make it useful.
Unlike 10 shadows, it doesn't reward usage, it actively weakens and even hurts you in the worst way possible while using it. Infinity gives you a guarantee unstoppable barrier so it's lack of variety is mitigated.

I've seen the theory that a person's body is a domain on its own, meaning you can't use your technique inside of someone's body. I think this is the reason that Hanamis spores couldn't go off inside sorcerers but on the surface and how the likes of Naoya and Naobito can apply their techniques to themselves without needing to touch their palms to their bodies.
