Just returned from mexico. Lost 12 pounds in 7 days drinking two liters of water a day. Ate like I always do. Of course it was 100 degrees each day. Still that's a lot of weight. Found some of it when I got home but still seven pounds lighter than when I left.

Seed oil shit is mostly nonsense. Eat reasonable portions (proportionate to your daily output), go to the gym 2-3x a week and lift in 5-15 rep ranges to >75% of failure, get 10,000 steps outside in the sunshine, and sleep 8-10 hours a night…oh, and don’t drink or smoke and you’re basically 99% of the way to perfect health.
