3:38 That sold me on the Strong spa. Bullfrog and Wellis were the other two, but at higher price points. Many internal parts are shared between spa manufacturers, for example Balboa controls the jets installed (surprisingly made in USA), things like motors are basically all made in China, but my Strong came with a Frame 56 (bigger vs frame 48).
I purchased a Strong Spas Madrid 60 at Costco and literally after the warranty expired, every jet began to leak and it leaked significantly at two of the unions. They actually split. The pipes did not freeze, it is simply a poor product. Costco was no help and certainly Strong Spas was of no assistance either. I owned my previous hot tub for over 20 years! Hopefully their quality has improved since I purchased mine.
2:35 Oh my! You had me as a potential customer until I saw the fraudulent bat test. A wooden bat using force on your competitors, and a plastic wiffle bat with a check-swing against yours. How could you think it wouldn’t be noticed?
Things haven't changed much. Being kind, I would characterize the builders as low effort used car dealers. I had a Vienna 60 delivered some weeks ago and they are still sloppy with the foam. Many spots on mine. Several door hold in spring clips (riveted on) on the bottom edge of doors are upside down. One up and one down on the door. It makes getting the door in more difficult and half as effective at holding door in place. Silicone smeared on top edge of tub liner. Waterfall is uneven and sprays water in random directions. Looks like silicone in outfall slot. I found one air hose pinched and it is too short to be otherwise. Towel door seems warped and doesn't close fully on one side. Many leds not plugged in to ports on valves. Nameplate with serial number is crooked. lid has long scratch. Strainer basket jammed in well (can't replace filter). Wiring overall is sloppy. I don't expect super neat wire management like you want in a PC on display. Just neat and traceable. Not balled up and woven at random amongst plumbing and touching moving parts like the lift mechanism. I also expect large amounts of excess wire to be cut off before termination, not balled up and stuffed in some random spot held with a zip tie. I didn't want sound but that wasn't an 'option' . My speakers are hooked up but I could only stand to listen for a minute or so. Source material not withstanding, the sound is about what you would expect from an internal PC speaker. Buyer beware.
Hahaha omg the used a wiffle ball bat on their spa

How is the power?
How often is the water filtered? What are the water maintenance recommendations?
Thanks.
